HK club has 4 bars.
Kowloon bar is the main bar on the main floor near the North entrance. These guys have the most cash in the club.

Just some thoughts from a recent trip to Hong Kong.
Got off work early Friday and decided to head over to Tijuana and the Hong Kong Club. Arrived at San Ysidro around 3:00 PM or so and decided to park at the Border Station Parking which is to your immediate right from the last US exit on I-5 (Camino De La Plaza). At that time there was plenty of open parking spaces. I didn't get the rates, it was something like $25 dollars for 12 hours if I recall. The Ped West entrance is on Virginia Avenue, across the street and slightly to the right from the parking lot.
At that time there was not a lot a huge line to get into Tijuana in the USA Citizens line, but it got slightly crowded at the front of the line as you had to fill out your customs form and no one had a pen on them (or a place to write on). Why they don't do it like the airport where they have areas to fill out the customs form prior to the customs line is beyond me, only towards the front was there a guy handing out forms. Once I got to a Mexican immigration officer, he asked me where I was going and then stamped my passport. When I went through Ped East previous trip, the female officer only asked me what I was doing in Tijuana and handed me back my passport without stamping it. I would estimate about a 20-25 minute wait altogether before I passed through customs. Then it was a pretty decent walk to the exit and then there was a group of taxis queued up in front. The taxi fare was 7 bucks after some hassles.
I decided to get a hotel room for the night since I felt pretty tired and it was 90 bucks for a double room. Why? Because I felt like it. Anyways there is a 30 dollar deposit since the remote is in the room, and all channels were in Espanol. I also got a hand bracelet so that I did not have to pay a cover charge. I brought with me a bar of Dial soap as I usually find those hotel soaps pretty flimsy, and also a small bottle of Listerine.
After checking into my room on the fourth floor, headed down to Hong Kong and as expected at around that time was not very crowded. Did not see anything I liked downstairs so sat by myself in the upstairs room overlooking the Kowloon bar area. The total damage for the night was 80 for the girl, 26 bucks for two drinks for the girl and one for me (including one dollar tip), 90 bucks for the hotel room, 4 dollars in tips for hotel staff, and 15 dollars for parking (about 7 hours), for a grand total of 215 bucks. Without the room would have been 125 bucks. Not bad for a few hours of fun. Not something I'd do every week. And I'll never rent a room for the night again there, it is just too noisy and uncomfortable.
