For example:

Fortune Spa is probably the closest to you, a couple of blocks south of Shangri-La, across from Le Meridien. 5 minutes by taxi (assuming not rush hour) 10-15 walking.

There are several Delta Spas, the one closest to you would be 10-15 minutes south-east.

Maribaya Spa in Blok M is 10-15 minutes south.

Malioboro is due north, maybe 15-20 minutes by cab or 10-15 minutes on the TransJakarta Busway. Another 5 minutes north and you're at Kartika-Berlian-Stadium area, then another 5 minutes by cab to Hotel Travel.

Alexis is in the far north, could be 30 minutes or more.

Sumo Shiatsu Spa is in Kelapa Gading, in the far northeast of Jakarta, at least 45 minutes away, possibly 75-90 minutes each way.

All of the above times assume you are not travelling during the afternoon rush hour.

I'll let someone else tell you how far away the rest of your list is.

I will say I'm a bit surprised you can easily get cream pies at classic. I haven't been there in over a year. But in my experience, that is not a good venue if you expect that kind of service. I don't visit the blok much, but saw her in Eastern Promise not too long ago. She has a guy taking care of her now. He seems to take her with him outside Indonesia as well. I'd consider her off the market for now. Ever since her old cohort Cweety got into a relationship and had that kid, Ana has settled down as well. Those 2 were fun. I've discovered over the years that one is guaranteed to get creampies pretty much everywhere in town if a little time to build rapport with the girl is spent before booking her. Of course, speaking Bahasa would be essential. And don't forget to offer to buy her or her friends a Pocari or pack of Sampoerna in addition to the tip you would give later. The only time it would be an issue is if the girl is exceptionally popular that her time is so precious and your tip would mean nothing (let's be honest, only a tiny few are) or if you go with the European imports. If it's just so-so, I still tip the 50k, I just don't go back to that girl again. If they are really good, then it's 100k. But I make an exception at Hotel Travel, I can't be bothered tipping if the girls aren't even going to try a bit. In fact, it happened one too many times, so I just don't bother with the place anymore.

It's Ana from Bogor I was talking about, I know there are a few Ana's about. I'm a bit of a sentimentalist so might give Eastern Promise a try if she's plying her trade there, otherwise forget it and move on.
