Dubai - Hotel Information

I'm planning to stay at Courtyard World Trade Centre during my short visit to Dubai in May, Is the hotel safe and friendly?

Finally booked a boys golfing trip. Have noticed quite a few ladies on MP staying in the local area, hence why we booked Media Rotana Dubai, Is the hotel girl Friendly? Have punted many times in the you. K but never in Dubai, so any newbie advice / recommendation's welcome.

Going to spend the next few weeks trying to research on best places to go and play.

LE Meridian airport hotel is green. In fact I could take a girl from Jules club through a different route without checking her in the reception.

What is the experience of this group as far as better / nicer property? Ritz-Carlton DIFC or the St Regis?

Extreme newbie here, off to Dubai soon after a couple years of WG curiosity. Have seen mixed reports on Sig One, some say it's the hub for WGs and some say its dead. I'm looking to stay somewhere where either the hotel bar is loaded, so back to room is easy, or somewhere with WG nearby for a short walk back to mine or theirs. Looking for a ton of advice but will try and post in relevant forums for all my questions! Thanks all.

You can go straight up from the basement car park via the elevator to the rooms. Having said that, the hotel is super boring. Slightly dark, gothic feel. Pleasant enough for a stay.

Hi friends, I will be in Dubai again next week. As you know I love hotel rooms that have a jacuzzi in them. I usually enjoyed the Hilton Dubai Creek (status upgrades etc.) but now it's changed to the Golden Sands Creek. Does anyone know if it's still green?

Quick question to expert gentlemen here regarding hotel being green. I will be staying at Waldorf A by the Palm and DoubleTree Al Barsha. Does anyone has idea if these places are green?
