As for supplements, I have my doubts over many of them (of all types) by the time they've been processed into powders. But for a laugh try Bremelanotide, aka PT-141 which you inject into your belly 8-12 hours before sex. Lots of side effects for me though, but raging erections.

I'll share my experience, but with a caveat.

Like you, I don't need it usually. I sometimes take it for quality and confidence. I'm in my mid 40's. When I do use V, there have been rare occasions where I am ready to go immediately. That would never happen for me without it. But more often than not, it does decrease the refractory period. I would say no more than 10 minutes, long enough for a shower. This is shorter than I would have had to wait without the aid.

Mega be complex dose, modafinil, double espresso (no milk). Same as before I play or workout, the NO3, as will a teaspoon of cacao powder or nibs, dilate your blood vessels allowing more blood into your muscles. I take calcium citrate to keep from cramping, a shot of Nasonex for stuffy nose, and aspirin for headache if I drink and V, plus it thins the blood.
