Massa 252 has been mentioned a few times, also LE Cyrcee. Quality is a subjective matter. Apart from that nearly every single massage place around the riverside will probably give you a HJ or a BJ for some extra cash. Its all YMMV.

Other regular massage joints are OK but keep an eye on your wallet, or just bring some small cash.

Thanks in advance![/QUOTE]Basically, "guest friendly" hotels are of three types: those which allow guests without any questions (other than maybe requiring a guest to leave ID at security or reception); those which only allow guests who are registered; those which allow a guest for an extra fee. If I have any question in my mind, I email the hotel directly and inquire if I can bring a guest to my room overnight without extra charge. I have always received a reply. 4 and 5 star hotels are usually pretty good at responding to inquires.

I don't have experience in Phnom Penh regarding 5 star properties. But I have personal knowledge of a few BKK hotels as a result of just asking directly and receiving a prompt response.

I will definitely be carrying only what I need and have and eye on it when possible. A little trick I learned is putting set amounts of cash ex $100 in the little change envelops you get from the bank and sealing them that way you can know if it's been tampered with don't have to pull out a whole wad of bills to take out a a few bills. Some extra bulk but a good measure of security.
