SEA is not just one place, where everything costs the same amount in every small location. Manila is 20 million people and possibly the densest city on earth (things are always more expensive in the big smoke). Burgos gogo bars are the most expensive in the country. You want point-and-shoot, where you can walk in and out of a bar in 15 minutes with a girl for the night? You pay the price. $250 for all night, no condom, and 2 pops isn't exactly outrageous. Are there $5000 USD *per hour* girls in your country (who require a condom)? Yes there are. Would you go to the most expensive place in Columbia or Mexico, then complain about the prices?

As the other gents have pointed out, there are other less-expensive alternatives: SW ($60 gets you an overnighter + 2 pops), Tinder, SA, LAC, dating apps, and such. Get away from Manila and prices drop considerably. The country's second-largest girlie area is AC, also point-and-shoot, where bars charge much less (half, p4000 or 5000, which is $80-$100, up front). Outside of these 2 places (and Cebu gogo bars), your alternatives dwindle down to dating apps. To spend less, start dating. As most of our 2-week warriors don't have the time for dating, they pay a 'convenience fee' called the 'barfine', and they are happy to pay it. Most Burgos bars will run you about p11 k ($200).

In BKK you're looking at around 800-1 k THB for barfine and 5 k THB for longtime. Beers such as Chang are more expensive than local equivalent of SML here, lady drinks about same. Drinking in group of friends easy to blow another 2 k THB. That's around 13 k PHP. Pattaya was slightly cheaper, but not as much compared to Angeles in comparison as Manila.

There are obviously other alternatives in Thailand too with TF, Tinder, beer bars and freelancers all being available in 1 k to 3. 5 k THB range for short time. Gogo hobby is definitely worst scenario for wallet.

Excellent point-and-shoot options are available in Pattaya. In Burgos ST rooms appear to be available in Maison, I have definitely been offered use of such a room, however, when others have asked girls denied all knowledge of their existence. I've been offered chance to go upstairs in Nautika too, but I think that was to go in Lollipop, not a ST room. Outside of those two bars option never discussed, whereas in Pattaya it's available in every bar.

That is a rare occurrence in the Philippines. I am definitely one of people that has experienced full nudity in Maison etc, but that is at seats with single girl, while groups of girls get naked at seats, it's not whole nudity across bar like in Thailand.
