Spent a night at the La Meridien near the Dubai airport. Hotel was nice and even wondered over to Jules and ate some of the Mexican food on offer. After a week in Thailand and an early flight the next day I could not stay there long enough to see all the girls arrive. Nice place though.

Long time lurker, and want to get some guidance as I couldn't find an answer.
Is Armani Dubai green? I plan to spend one night end of June. Need a place that's luxury and easy pick up's from bar etc.

Off to Dubai next week after cancelling the trip a few times. Have booked at Sheraton Dubai Creek. Does anybody have a recent experience at Sheraton regarding their rules? Also, if the guest is required to register at reception, does it show up on the final bill upon check out? Asking this ince it is a business trip, do not want the guest names to show up upon check out. Is there any Marriott in Dubai which doesn't do so?

All high end hotels in Dubai are green. This question has been asked multiple times.
Yes all hotels are green. Green means you can have a guest stay in your room by giving the guest's ID to reception which will be used to take the guest details and handed back to the guest.
Do not expect any hotel to allow a non registered guest to be in the room. This is only possible if you can sneak someone to your room. Totally not recommended.

Only the name of the main person on the reservation will show on the bill.

He books the room and the girl joins him later. When she registered at the reception her ID gets registered on the app as well. How this happened and how the wife found is still not fully known. He is completely cutoff from his friends while he resurrects the marriage.

Guys don't sneak in guest. It's for your safety. There are lot of ways to sneak in guest, but if anything goes wrong, then you will be trouble.
Nowadays mostly all star hotels are green.

When girl travel with me to Europe it is mandatory to have her name in booking to apply for the visa. But once the trip is finished this is first thing I do sitting in airport lounge!! There were many cases of Angry wife syndome. Once in Panorama hotel in burdubai wife came to know that her husband is inside the club picking up girls in Ground floor. She drove the car inside the lobby and broke may glass doors haha. Victoria at Steps once told me that one wife suspected that her husband is calling their number many times, She called and ask for location. She came barging in made big scene.
So guys do not underestimate your other half. Do not keep any traces. Chats, call records, bookings, everything can be deleted.
Meanwhile Snow, hope your friend come out of his marital issue.

This means the hotel communicates the guest info back to booking. Why? Booking is a one way system.
Doesn't make any sense.

I had a WG rolling her eyes at me and refusing my attempt to sneak her in saying that she wants to register for her safety. Hell of a plot twist LOL.
