So I haven't been to this place or even Tijuana since summer of 2016. Has anything really changed with this place as I do plan on going this weekend. I made a reservation but haven't heard anything back regarding email. I forgot they take about 24 hours to respond.

Here is the stats before I get into details.
Visited 3 days between 5 PM to 11:30 PM on Wednesdays to Thursday.
Took Total 4 girls to upstairs. Paid 70 to 80 each depending on girl. 2 girls asked for 100 but agreed on 80.

When you check in, make the request while sliding a $5 tip across to the clerk.
Overall, the upper floors are better. Note that the elevator goes just to the 6th floor. If you have any trouble walking or with stairs, you might decline a 7 or 8.
If you ask for a Master or Jacuzzi room in the new section, you will probably get it.
I am guessing, but when they finished the new section (or at least made it habitable) they started using some of the older rooms they let out for the night for short-term rooms.

I've had good experiences in there. To be fair, without fail, there is pressure at the end for arriba. But after the lap dance, I know enough about her to say yes or no.
Obviously, YMMV and it depends on the girl. And you only get 2-3 songs. But almost anything goes. The doors lock on the inside. I've had everything but FS, and could have at least had a minute of that if I wanted.
There was one chica that was a bit of a prude and she was all about arriba. But I've found it a good place to interview. LOL.

OTOH, everything that is available arriba I have received in the VIP rooms.
Example: It was mid-afternoon and I had checked out of my room. I was not anxious to return to the hotel short term, so I took a girl to a VIP room, where we did everything we would have in the room.
Another time the girl did not want to go to my room, but the mesero assured me that she was a great time and directed me to a VIP room. I thought it would be a dull experience, but she was great as advertised; her service exceeded expectations. I don't know what her issue was about going to the hotel, but she spent a good amount of time dancing on me to the music, watching the floor activity, and it could be that she did not want someone to know how many times she went arriba. (She was very pretty. Wish I could remember her name).

I think that's fairly standard, depending on the girl. From my time spent there, junior stays covered in the bars. Junior comes out to play in the lapdance rooms.

My whole point was I did not want to change to pesos as did not know how much I will spend and did not wanted pesos with me when I go back. I agree I would have spent some more but I did not wanted hassle of changing back and forth for my few days there.
