Thanks for the reply WR. Unfornately I don't have much choice on the hotel, due to a convention I will be attending. I'll just have to make the best of it and hope there is some way to make it upstairs with company.

Will check on MKs report and be sure to avoid.

Any other suggestions on the best bet for greek? Or is it just an extra fee with the CIS? I had seen a previous post which mentioned >95% of PRC are not interested in this.

There may be a way into Le Meridian as it is a sprawling complex at the rear with several bars and restaurants and a large 'garden'. Lots of open doors to hotel but I've never been inside the accommodation part so don't know if there is security inside. I'd suggest many of these doors will be closed as the bars etc. close leaving only Galouises open so an early pick up may be less noticeable. If you have a confident approach around the hotel with the right CIS she may pass as a wife and be less noticeable.

PRC's in my experience never do anal although to be fair I haven't tried it as I know generally they won't and don't wnat to lose my reputation as a nice guy that they all want to marry! :-). Lots of chatting about everything to many WG's who are my friends besides being a customer. Bound to be the odd one or two somewhere.

I'm a fairly experienced monger - especially in Indonesia - but I'm heading to Abu Dhabi for the first time in 20 years.

I'm at a conference in early December for 4 nights, staying at Beach Rotana. I shall be having business dineers and functions all day and most evenings with bosses and clients, so opportunities for pleasure will be limited and there will be no time to waste.!

Is it practical to pick up WGs at the hotel? What is most convenient location(s) otherwise given my hotel location?

Beach Rotana, while one of the 3 best hotels I have ever stayed out anywhere in the world (others being Intercon in Panama & Royal Horseguards in London), is so-so for WG-friendly. Spent 2 months there last year, & did not see any vaguely obvious WGs working the hotel. Might be some in Trader Vics bar, but they will already be there with someone on a "date". LAB might be a goer, but struck me as being very expensive if you did find a WG (altho was full of pretty girls & pretentious wankers).

Within 5 mins walk of Beach Rotana = 49ers @ Dana Hotel (PRC) / Gauloises @ Le Meridien (CIS).
Within 10 mins cab ride = anywhere else in town..... No traffic hassles like DXB!

All nightclubs open to very late (2-3am), so unless you have to entertain your bosses/clients until that time, there is plenty of time to play. Then again, if your bosses/clients are still playing at that time, maybe they are up for a challenge as well!

Was at Ally Pally last night to show a friend what it was all about. The weekend, all the girls were there but to me there was just nothing above 7/10 and mostly 5's. Any port in a storm of course but if this is the best weekend show it was bad. Couple of slinky Afro's but the fat ones were there too. Noticed some of the cheap PRC's who usually frequent Safari and street outside now trying to walk into AP with guys or pick up outside hotel or in lobby. Shame you have not got a PM open. RTFF will always be the knee jerk reaction and it is easier to be able to PM you.

Beach Rotana is fine, many of the Filipinas I play with have partied there before. Few WGs hang around there for punters, have seen some CIS and Arab ones but rare and generally they are waiting for their customers to appear or already have a customer upstairs.

As Mike D said, 49ers close by, as is Gauloises. Reading COP's FR seems Ally Pally is dropping its standards (COP must introduce you to Tingting). That too is close by but late at night

I was in Ally Pally the other night ... late. Ratio was many ladies to few men. Just for research (of course) I did a little price poll. I'm in the prime demographic and look like a "no problem" guy. Even under these circumstances prices seemed to be stuck at 500AED ... my previous research here some months ago showed 300AED easily achievable with a little sweet talk.

Admittedly I didn't poll any 5 and belows ... but are you guys seeing this apparent price increase?

Hi Nice Guy. Yes, see one of my earlier reports a week or two back. 500 seems to becoming the norm, particularly at the weekend. I'm sure some deals are being closed for less but a number are trying to hold out for 500. I'd guess maybe there is a little cartel operating although there is little loyalty amongst the girls so they may offer discounts! It's just not worth it with some of them, they are not in the 500 league at all. I'd sooner make a trip to 49'ers where they tend to be younger and better or if I wanted cheapness pick up one of the street girls as the risks are just the same I'm sure! I've noticed a few Americans and quite a lot of Japanese in AP and 49'ers recently. No offence intended to either race, but both these groups (generally) tend to pay top prices. 700/800/1000 seems common and often it's minimal sex. This is contributing to increasing prices as girls are tasting what they can get with some. You're right also to suggest that prices increase for some people if they don't want business (appreciate this isn't your case!) or I got told 500 by one girl because I wanted too much sex. Some consider sex easy money and are bloody lazy. They get used to guys coming quick and that's it until morning.

Many PRC's get business because they are cheap not because they are stunners or particularly good in the sack. Presently there are too many girls, many girls are fed up that they are losing money because there is too much competition. May also be a reason to try and increase price, less punters but increased price.

I agree, prices on the rise. Some of this maybe due to GITEX, I know its in Dubai but the overflow for hotel rooms is in AD so a few punters here. As COP says there are many Japanese and Americans around - I have met a few - and they are not fussed on price. We western expats are preferred customers but at those prices economics take precedent.

Even Filipina prices are rising though personally I am not impacted by inflation, lucky me :)

One of these days NG we will be in the same place at the same time :)
