It is not a question of you getting on with your scene. Your actions affect adversely the scene for others. Indiscriminate big tipping in a rtc affects the dynamic for all visitors. It may be chump change for you but is a huge amount for the girls.

The attendance at these clubs has got to be huge over the course of a year. At a club like Oase, it could be several hundred men a day and would run into six figures a year. But even Dietz would have several thousand men visiting a year. It is highly unlikely that one single man tipping excessively could spoil the market on his own. Just like in real world, there is a decent amount of income inequality at the clubs also, methinks.
