The whole landscape of Pattaya has changed. Very few young cuties now days and every increasing prices. There are still some gems to be found, but they are mostly picked up by the expats (lots of them) who live there and troll the spots on their daily rounds. If you're into older women, mothers, and well worn pros, then Pattaya is heaven!
I am planning my second trip to Pattaya in August. Do any members or Pattaya regulars wish to share a beer and swap some info? Please pm me. I'll be in Pattaya 2nd week Aug.

Yes, the overall SW talent level in BKK (at the NPL for example) is much higher. But of the 100's of ladies on Beach Road there always seemed to be a handful of acceptable choices. You just have to be patient. If there are no acceptable choices just try again in an hour or two. I also found that you have a better chance of a GFE with the Pattaya ladies than with the Bangkok ladies. YMMV.
The majority of the Pattaye SW ladies were found during from the Central Festival Mall down to the Soi 13's.

Don't look now, but that "Colours of the East" festival is back July 7-10. They're filling the beach walk with tents from soi 6 or so down to Walking Street, leaving little space to walk. All are selling the kind of merchandise easily found at Thepprasit Market, in front of the Avenue, or at zillions of other places around town. The setup / teardown activity tends to clot Beach Road. And also affects 2 Road, not to mention all the girls, ladyboys, etc, temporarily displaced.
Also got the Buddha holiday soon (July 15-16) , so you'll have 3 weekends out of 4 with 2-day (or maybe 1. 5 day) official alcohol-sale shutdowns and bar closings. Just a heads-up.

Are the FLs regrouping to second road? Anyway, the tents seem to close down at 9 or 10 o'clock.

Last year when this same thing was on it was terrible trying to find some talent.
I spent over 2 months in Pattaya on my recent visit to Thailand. My observation. Many of the ladies on BR / WS have probably seen better days. Some have that 1000 meter stare. Shell shocked from too many battles with foreigners who want too much for too little. I think the top 5% of the ladies working as freelancers in BR can hold their own against ANY of the overpriced dancers in the clubs / discos on WS. I was riding my motorbike early one morning. An attractive lady drew my attention. I parked near Soi 10, crossed BR, and now have her phone number / name and enjoy getting a call from her every 3-4 days when I'm in Pattaya. She isn't a stunner, but for 700 Baht, I feel I'm really getting my money's worth. Whats my point? Not all BR / WS ladies are P4P burnouts. Diamond miners have to sift through a lot of mud and silt before they find what they are looking for, right? Like playing Texas Hold'them. One has to wait, and pick their spots / opportunities when they present themselves. I found my gem around 9A! I've also been down BR at all hours of the day, and into early evening. I'm not hyper-selective, and I don't like walking sperm banks, but I have seen many ladies that I would really like to get to know in the bibical sense!

Needless to say, I left, and they also lost a barfine trying to chisel me for another drink.
Another annoying thing they do, if you are early, and you have a good front seat, they ask you to move or share another table.
So that they can give your table to a preferred player (mostly Japanese or Korean).

I can't believe some of the negative reports I have read about Beach Road. Come on guys, do we really think that Beach Road should be full of stunners for 500 ST and 1000 LT? I know there aren't many, but occasionally you get some nice lookers. There were a couple of hotties that I could kick myself for not taking. However, if you don't find what you want, you can always go to one of the bars along Beach Road. The ones near Pattaya Klang, soi 7 & 8 have some decent ladies for 300 BF and 500 ST / 1000 LT. Now for a few hundred baht more you can go from BR to one of the bars and look for a lady or you could avoid it and leave it to those of us who appreciate it for what it is. For me, I like the hunt. It adds to the thrill.
An observation that got my attention on BR was not the not so lovely ladies, but the foreigners along BR that sit around with seemingly nothing to do. These were mostly older gentlemen. I don't mean any disrespect to older gentlemen, I am getting there myself. However, I think that sight looked more pathetic than the ugly women hanging out. I had one of these gentlemen stop within three steps of me when I was talking with a lady. He had a cell phone in his ear and just stood there without ever saying a word in the phone. When I stopped talking to the lady for about 15 seconds he walked away. Another time I was sitting and talking to a lady when an older gentleman stops an sits about three feet from us. There were many other vacant places he could have picked to sit in that general area, but he sat close to us. I don't know if they are so bored with themselves that they want to listen in on other people's conversations or what? Then I saw one guy sit amongst the ladys with no apparent interest in taking them. Shortly after I would see the ladys get up and move. Maybe I am missing something, but that was my observation as I saw it.

Now I know everybody has there preferences, but when guys pay high prices for low quality this starts to create a warped demand for a low quality girls which start to flow into the market place.
I'm not complaining, only making an observation. Pattaya can still be good, but you really got to understand how to hunt and that requires time and patience.
Many of the really hardcore mongers have moved away from Pattaya in the last few years. There is just far better value in other parts of the country if you're a seasoned monger.

there still many beautiful and hot thai women in pattaya and not just a couple, but hundreds. please share what county you have been to that has more per square mile, i'll wait for you answer. i've made 6 trips from the us in the last 3 years. the only difference is there are a lot more nationalities than in recent years. before you jump on the amjeck bandwagon, do the fucking research for yourself. and if you don't like what is happening in pattaya, stay the fuck home and jack off.
