You can also take the elevator up one floor to the departures. Catch a taxi that's leaving passengers. He's not allowed to take up passengers in that section, but if the guarda or fiscal isn't around he'll likely do it. Give him a decent offer and he'll be very happy to accept it.
Another other option would be taking the frescão, the Real A/C bus.
