When I first went in a decade ago the layout was good with 3 dancers on separate small stages, now there is one central area for one dancer, it's very gloomy in there and staff are miserable.

I think any strip bar (with the exception of Rhino chain) will offer take outs for a price. Indeed, it would not surprise me, this being Ukraine, if you talked to a duty manager of Rhino bar, and slipped him 100UAH he could allow one of his girls to leave with you, but probably $400 as well.

Is it true that the girls at Rhino are far better looking than the girls at a club like Rio? If so, and a mere 100 UAH might open up such a venue to take out, then it is an investment that is well worth it. Of course, it depends on the price. If it would be $400 for three hours, then the net price of $133 / hour is certainly bearable if the Rhino girls are as spectacularly gorgeous as was described by a prior post.

Just arrived in Kiev for 3 days, and things couldn't have started worse: Just the night before my arrival I was notified that my chosen appartment was not available. I booked another supposedly available apartment, making also a downpayment to secure my reservation, only to find out on my way here that this was not available also. My flight was delayed and the driver who was supposed to meet me at the airport was not there. After wandering for around 40 minutes contemplating my options I finally met him in a place far from the arrivals hall, I guess he had just given up on waiting for me due to the delay, but then again that's not an excuse. 30-40 minutes later he was dropping me off to the only close to my specifiactions apartment in an old building in Pushkins'ka street in the center.

First impressions:

-Communication is a huge problem. None from the people I met so far speaks a word of english. Simple things like getting a sim card, activating or topping it up and generally finding your way around take time.

-The city (at least the center) looks much nicer than what I had in mind.

At the moment, although I feel tired from the trip, I intend to call some pros from mamba and top-modals, to get a first feeling of the available talent. Having read previous reports, I certainly do not have high hopes, but we'll see.

Later and if I manage to stay awake I intend to visit some of the bars / clubs or possibly Rio. If somebody is also here reading this and is interested in exploring together the city, let me know.

I'll report back with my progress and updates, hopefully things will get better.
