I knew the Broadway was good for afternoon action but I didn't know it was night time spot as well. Not it seems all of the UK will know about it as well soon.

First of all many thanks to poonhound69 for the contacts and directions. I called them up and got final directions and was really easy to find.
After entering the Villa there was an immediate line up of girls. I think there were around 10 and most of them doable but no girl that really stood out from the crowd. It explains why the Mrs called from the UK to casually ask which hotel was the club that I went to. I didn't know of this report but I am glad that I told her I was too pissed to remember and just relied on the cab driver.
What worries me is that articles such as these may provoke the guys higher up to press the LE to crack down on our hobby. In particular the point they make in the article about the mongering and boozing locals including the LE.
Less worried about the UK finding out...the Dubai authorities only take action in response to bad publicity. So I think it is fair to say; we enjoyed you Broadway while you were there...my guess is days are limited

Thanks to all the very good members of this forum especially the Legendary WR, WB et al.; I have managed to find a great place for my new favourite flavour-Filipina! Yes I went to Ratsky's on Friday night. I was straight away impressed by the number and quality of girls available although there were quite a lot of guys there. The key point about the article that I found interesting was not the fact that locals go there but also that a bunch of high level locals go there as well. If a crack down happens there it may not be as bad as could be only because they don't want to crap where they eat (so to speak)
What worries me more than Broadway is the fact that they also mentioned the Premier at the Hyatt Regency. If they crack down there it will be a big loss. (Met my Turkish regular there) We'll just see where it all goes.

Reminds me of my early experiences with fili girls.
The GFE with fili girls is great and MOST of them are like that.

Most of her friends have nothing to show for their years in Dubai and most have families simply sponging off them. Vicious cycle that is hard to break out of. The more you give, the more they want and the more they waste.
Giving too much to some girls does not really help as it will be spent faster than they can count it. And usually spent in not the smartest way.
Not trying to put you off in any way. Just sense that you might be heading into some deep water soon and you seem new to filipinas.
By far, some of the best experiences I have ever had have been with filipinas. Just need to be careful how YOU set the rules and expectations.
Be a nice guy, be fair, have fun but always keep your wits about you and stick firmly to your rules.
This will also earn you more respect and you will not be seen as a sucker with more money than brains.
That applies to most WG's.. but filipinas are pretty good at making you think it was YOUR idea to spend too much money on them and not the other way around.

Just seems Dubai is good cannon fodder at the moment and the journalists are exploiting it as much as possible.

I just remembered; I know a girl who works there normally and she tells me that she gets a lot of local guys after her as well as Saudis and other GCC locals. Whilst my 3 time visits there has not proved to me that there are a good number of GCC locals, who am I to disagree with her.
