The only possible guarantee regarding massage quality is if someone already visited it and gave a good feedback about the center.

One huge thing you are forgetting, is that the probability of getting busted by a police raid is extremely higher and more common than the UAE, Egyptian police have a classic approach in which they leave the scene for a period of time and then swoop in a series of raids on all of the MPs / brothels.
