Part of the problem with the declining effectiveness is directly attributable to both doctors freely prescribing antibiotics and patients demanding them.

I would not bother stocking up in advance. Just wait for when you get to there, much easier and cheaper to get in Thailand.

That's why some people run up huge credit card debts and then suffer for years trying to repay them and their 20% per year interest.

It's the same as with repeatedly choosing to have extra pleasant sex without condoms, and then suffering from some STDs that are difficult or impossible to cure. And you've got to remember that many STDs often don't show any signs for a long time. They can quietly ruin your health, without you being aware of it. And by the time you become aware, then the damage is already irreversible, even if you cure the disease.

Anyway anytime you make a booking before the actual day, you want to ring them at least 1 hour before, preferrably 2, to reconfirm. I could control when I came and fuck for fifteen minutes before coming or an hour or more as I (and my partner) preferred. Now that I am in my senior years it can take a long time to come, sometimes a very long time. Viagra compounds this problem because with it I can fuck and fuck and fuck without losing my erection.
