You may be knowing that the real estate rates in prime Indian cities are sky high. Especially the rates in Mumbai are comparable to NewYork and Tokyo. He has 3 bungalows, very well located & rents out on daily basis. Your best bet would be the 2 Bedroom Bungalow. It is set apart & sound would not come in the way of residents as the nearest bungalow is at least half a kilometer away, provided the owners are in Khandala.
