Whether or not they are actually from NK is debatable. As for "playing games" some people prefer to keep certain places off the main page so they don't get overrun, especially from people who offer nothing to the community. There's more than one North Korean massage parlor in the Cheonho area. The other is near Gildong station. If you leave Gildong station exit 1, go past Paris Baguette and there's a barber pole. Go down to the basement. There are two poles down there, so be careful. It's confusing. In one door is a legit hair shop, but behind the other door is a North Korean barbershop. They don't speak English, but a big old lady will take you to a booth where a prettier, thinner, shorter girl will do the work. She pulls your pud.
