Try calling your CC issuer and discuss.
I have discussed with their support team and reached a dead end. They feel the credit card payments are not going through because of being blocked by the bank. In this case we would probably need to call the bank and tell them to authorise the payment. They have no clue why Google play store payments are failing either. They cannot see the transaction at their end unless we provide them with the GPA reference number.
I have tried 3 credit cards which normally work for International transactions. All have failed. I had the same issue on the onlyfans site too. This seems to be happening only on the naughty sites. Perhaps the govt blocking transactions on these sites?
I also faced similar issues couple of months back. I reached out to customer support and they did something on the backend and it worked. All banks / CC issuers have certain blocklists based on either location at which the organization operates or in some cases certain companies / sites are directly blocked for fraud prevention. Hope this works for you.
Cheers!
Enable international transaction
The payment system from India is not working tried multiple cards both Visa and mastercard, also tried the below mentioned method to pay by netbanking, IT DOES NOT WORK, Google give message. Cannot use for subscriptions. The problem is new rule by RBI for 2 Factor Authentication. Seeking should implement it, else its going to be a big problem to make payment from India.
I have tried multiple multiple ways, the payment goes, then it gets cancelled even through google play and money is credited back to account in 2-3 days. Seeking does not even receive the payment, it seems to be due to new RBI rules.
You must enable / activate international transaction for any Visa / Mastercard. Not tried with Amex though.
With new rule, auto renewal will not happen but if you enable international transaction, it will work.
Alert. SexyWildCat Could be the old Scammer
Hi SA Mumbai,
I connected with this ID. She immediately asked for my telegram ID. Shared and after 4 hours she pinged me. Sent me a voice note about sharing pictures. Shared her pics in self destruct mode and from the pics I felt she is the old scammer who duped a brother of 25 k. I guess her ID then was warmbae then. Pics were super hot.
Sent me another voice note asking what allowance can I manage. Again a red flag. I said 20 k. She was like lets meet tonight. I prefer ITC Maratha as discretion is important. This was another Red Flag and I recalled the modus operandi. I told her I am from Pune so can't meet today but will ping her once I am in Mumbai.
Brothers be careful.
One of the best plot for scams I have ever come across.
Name: Girl who loves music.
I am typing from my PC. Because I am using VPN, SA is not allowing me to log in. The page continues to keep buffering. So, I am not posting the link here.
I am just alerting y'all to a new type of scam and you should pay attention. It's being really well played.
She is shown as she is from Kerala.
I pinged her and she said he is from Orissa staying and studying in Kerala.
I asked for the telegram ID.
Then days go by without any reply.
Then a few days back, I get a notification with a telegram ID.
Like her ID suggests, she / he says is a big music lover who not only sings, but also wants help to get musical equipment.
We continued to chat.
I wanted to stop beating around the bush, yet not appear as needy because I am using to being patient while I interact with women from Tinder.
We share pics. I shared a random pic.
Pic of a guy who has defrauded women in South America.
And she / he shared pics which I am sure is someone else's picture.
Then chat turned out to become very steamy with her sending me really dirty gifs.
I asked when we can meet, then I was bombed with some really hilarious excuses. It's like there was no way to meet anytime soon, but in the future there is a possibility after she moves to Mumbai to study.
Now, things started to unravel. I guess, a lie can only last that much.
I reminded her that she told me she is from Orissa. She says, 'yea, her Mother is a Mallu and her father is from Orissa etc) and she studies music in Mumbai. So only when she goes to Mumbai will she be able to meet me.
So, she needs a few weeks to decide if she wants to meet me.
By this time it was confirmed that he / she is a scamster.
And, BTW, it was her birthday all of a sudden!
Her family is going to take her to buy a cake and return home.
Then a few hours later, she sends me the pic of another girl with cake all over her face from a Cafe'.
For me this was hilarious. I was just wondering how much more the person on the other end is going to continue the bullshit.
Apparently she was gifted a guitar by her family. But, now she wishes she had more accessories to go with it.
She asks for help. I jokingly asked how much. 'She says, it will cost Rs 700 for something (I don't remember what was that) and she is still trying to find out how much it would cost to buy another thing she wanted.
When I replied 'Only 700?' she was like 'LOL, the other thing costs Rs. 28000' So, totally it would be just under 30 k, and it would be nice you just sent 30 k'.
I am sure this scam has worked in the past with others.
I replied that I cannot transfer money to anyone without knowing.
Now she plays 'Trust Issues' card.
She is saying I am having 'Trust issues' LOL.
She has since stopped responding to my messages.
I took some time to write how some scam artists are deploying some interesting techniques to trap men.
Just be careful.
