As far as traveling with you, no problem if you just want them to show you around the pyramids for a day, but if you want a companion for a Nile cruise, or just to spend the night in a hotel you'll have to get her a room / cabin for herself and maybe pay for a female companion to share "her" room with her because it's unusual for a singe Egyptian woman to be traveling alone.
