Because you're an Egyptian, they'll want to see a marriage license to allow in same room, otherwise you'll pretty much have to book a second room under her name.

I would assume this scenario with a Western foreigner would raise any red flags if you went the 2 rooms route.

Please advise![/QUOTE]I have never been to Hurghada, but I am in Sharm El Sheikh now. The hotels around Naama Bay are relaxed and you can book two rooms, but stay in one. The more expensive and high end resorts like the Hilton and Hyatt Regency at Sharks Bay may make this difficult, but the hotels around Naama Bay are more relaxed. There are 3-star and 4-star hotels at Naama bay and I recommend staying at a 4-star hotel, because a 4-star hotel in Sharm El Sheikh is closer to a 3-star hotel in Europe or other places. The only security at these hotels are at the entrance where they want to make sure you are a guest at the place, and you don't have a fever from the COVID-19. Once you pass the reception area, no one looks to see which room you go to. You can book an expensive higher quality room for your girlfriend in her name, and see if they will accept your credit card to pay for it. They worry more about fraud, not whether you will be banging her. Then book the least expensive room for yourself. Check in separately, but you can stay together for the entire time of her stay in her room. If she is from Germany and has blonde hair, they will assume she's Russian and will look the other way if some Egyptian guy goes to her room, if they look at all.
