I actually live in Bogotá and have been dragged to Lidos (the most expensive place open to the public) on more than one occasion. I also recognized many of the girls there from much cheaper venues which I tended to frequent, or from the streets of downtown.

They know how hot they are so they don't need to blow you without condom for example. The restaurant analogy works there again, a delicious mail doesn't need to be expensive and it actually can taste better than the most expensive meal in the world. Same goes with wines for example. But it's all about how scarce something is. Even though the hottest girl's performance is nothing special, it's still pure bliss to be fucking her.
