Is this the experience you have in the high end restaurant?

The best chicharrand in Medellin is in the barrios where there is almost no foreigners. The best home style meal is cheap and you can't get the same from high end place.
There is no quality control over girls. Read the recent posts about 9, 10 or top girls. The services always started out very limited which is just not the same as in the restaurant you mentioned.

Dead chefs and quality control

I personally don't eat it high-end restaurants, but I would disagree that there is no difference between food at a high-end highly reviewed restaurant versus food at the local food court. Chefs that have been trained by him continue to hold his standards and there is an organization behind the restaurants that tries to ensure that his name and reputation is not tarnished in his restaurants. But this of course is a silly debate to have on a mongering website.
