The point of the story is no matter how many times you have hung out in the Zona or if it is your first time you always have to watch your back. There are alot of distractions in these hooker bars, and unless you plan on sitting there the whole time staring at your drink anything is possible. The retelling of this story was only meant as a reminder that when in Zona Norte never become to complacent and expect the unexpected.

On a side note, that was a great trip report Chochem, appreciate all the details.

When crossing into The USA I noticed a couple of guys on motorcycles picking up people and crossing back into the USA. Has anyone done this and if they have what was the charge and the total wait time. I'm thinking of just looking for these guys next time instead if waiting in the bus and paying $5. It took 2 hrs in the bus in May.

About half of my mongering trips are taken as extensions of real business trips. Whenever I get an itch for some puta and there is no San Diego business, I tell family, friends, and coworkers that I'm going to San Diego for a golf vacation. In reality, the only San Diego golf course I've even seen is looking out my window on the north side of Hotel Circle.

Well, the golf story has now backfired on me. My boss wants both of us to play golf on our next business trip, which starts on July 8. I can't avoid it. I've found a number of courses near San Diego, but would appreciate GSRR's opinion as to which one is best. I don't want to look like a fool by picking out a terrible course after I've suppossedly played golf 15 or more times near San Diego.

So where is a decent public golf course near San Diego?

Keg[/QUOTE]Golf in San Diego you have MANY options. First the golf course at Bajamar just south of Tijuana is a very nice seaside course. It has a GREAT casitas type hotel / golf package at around $99 pp (check online) comes with golf, breakfast and one night. It also has a GREAT pool with hot tub filtering to a med heated pool to a large pool-really cool. Ocean views and also a good hotel restaurant. It is close to Puerto Nuevo with their FAMOUS (cheap) lobster!

In San Diego try Torrey pines (tee times are REALLY hard to get and OUT OF THE QUESTION if it is not EXPENSED (by your boss) way TOO expensive ($200+) for non residents of SD.

The course in Fashion Valley next to the hotel is Riverwalk. Good course and Tee times and good discounts can be had on "golfzing".

I would of responded earlier but I just got back from paradise (Tijuana). Thee line was 1 hr at 9pm. Seems the newish herding system is working A LITTLE BETTER. My " novia" is going on vacation to Mex city next week for a month (boo hoo) she said while she is gone I can't go to the zona. WTF / Yeah right. I told her I would OD if I did not have my TACO fix! ( and pussy -didn't tell her that!)

Last night the guy who drives the HK van to the border said he has been working at HK for a short time. He used to work as a cabby for yellow cabfor 20+years. He said he knows I've been in Tijuana weekly for 2 years. He sid he remembers me coming at the border when a cab driver. My chica says her amigas will be watching for me. (yeah- I might fuck one or two of them!)

I'm off today so I'm going to see my amiga before she goes, she wants me to bring her a PIZZA from Little Italy in SD. That should be interesting crossing the border with delivery service!

I have also some more suggestions but they require some travel (10 miles or so) Double tree course in Rancho bernardo is nice and reasonable. Just off the 15 fry in RB. Coranado course is a REALLY nice muni on the Bay / Ocean views! Very reasonable but Hard to get a tee time. (if possible get the secretary (oh fuck I meant OFFICE MANAGER) politically correct) get on the phone! Balboa Park is a nice muni and again hard to get a tee time. Steel Canyon out in Santee (Jamul to be exact) is nice but a bit far.

I don't know if it has been mentioned or not but there actually is a golf course within the city limits of Tijuana. It's called the the Tijuana Country Club "club campestre" located just at the bridge "puente" on Blvd Aguas Caliente around where the Gran Hotel is located. I eat lunch at the course restaurant called La Lena which overlooks the course.

I don't need any clubs since my tongue is usually on par with the holes!

I will definetly try the motorcycles out next time. What is the charge for them?

He might be interested himself. Then happen to walk through the zona. You never know.

Made a trip down to land of Sin on Saturday. Arrived around 4:30 PM. My first stop was Aztec Massage for a one hour deep tissue. Was not really a deep tissue when compared to the massage I get here in the U.S but it was still worth the $25. Plus tip It was pretty funny as near middle of the massage when the girl had me flip over on my back as the Viagra was starting to kick in. This is a non nude massage but I was in my underwear on my back with tent pitched up. Hard to know what this poor young girl must of been thinking. After the massage I took a quick hot shower to get the oils off me and headed to the the zona.

Went straight to Adelitas had a few beers and found the volleyball girl I been wanting to try. We hit it off pretty good, talked about various sports and then I negotiated $100 for one hour. She goes by the name of Brenda, we got naked, sucked face and tongued each other as soon as we got to the room, I was in her within a few minutes, she's got nice long legs and a nice juicy undercarriage with fat long lips that felt good to be in side of. They gave me a basket of bread that was pretty good as well and good for dipping the Alfredo sauce. Food was very good and just the right size portion for me. Total damage was $16. 00 plus tip. Would have paid at least twice that in the U. S for the same meal.

Headed back to the zona on foot, there were a lot of locals out on the street milling about. I made it to the zona got one of my favorite street chica's. Finished up and it was about 10PM caught a taxi to the line and the wait was about an hour.

Was home by midnight and straight to bed.

Good suggestions on the golf outing. I shouldn't have mentioned the trip date, too late now. I think the chances of anyone at work reading this forum is effectively zero. And if the boss does read it, what the heck is he going to do? Fire me based something that a scumbag named HorseTrader wrote? He needs me more than I need him, and he knows it.
