They are so proud of using phrases with out really knowing the meaning of the phrase. I think if they knew it meant "stupid" they would stop using it.

And I have come to really look for simple and appreciate it. Its one of the self images I have come to agree with them on. For instance if you give them as you mentioned. Jewelry, sooner rather than later they will pawn it for a fraction of what it likely cost the foreigner. When I see noticeable makeup on a Filipino first time meeting in on a cam, my gaydar usually goes to signal 4 and I steer clear and move on. For me its not an attractive look. If they aren't gay usually its some gay advising them on beauty tips which always degrades their natural attractive look.
The fixation with pointed noses and white skin is another matter. Often native pinoy men are shocked that a 'rich' guy like me would not choose a more 'pretty' pinay instead of the brown ones I tend to favor. Also the ones with wavy or curled hair are scorned and I like them too. The tall 'white' spotlight ice dancer types or famous soap opera princesses do nothing for me. If I wanted a white girl I wouldn't be travelling halfway around the world.

[/QUOTE]I agree that girls wearing heavy makeup on cams need checking but, in general, even the "simple" girls wear makeup when they go outside if they can get it or afford it. Filipinas are IMHO the most cosmetically conscious of any women I have seen anywhere.
They apply the makeup very very thickly.
Any girl who is not wearing makeup is almost always too poor to afford even the cheap nasty brands sold in the Philippines.
I was not so aware of the make-up factor until several Aussie female visitors pointed it out to me (including my daughter).
The comment was "My God, these girls use so much make-up on their faces Dad. It is caked on".
Now I tend to notice it much more than I had previously.

Of course, the large malls require girls to have heavy make-up applied as part of their contract. The girls are inspected by supervisors before they start work.
All bars have gays employed as make-up artists to paint up the girls before they go on stage.
It explains why some guys get a bit of a shock after the all-nighter when the beauty that they remember from the night before looks rather ordinary next morning without the benefit of cosmetic enhancements.

You often see otherwise pretty girls with layers of that ridiculous white shit on their boats, looking like rejects from the casting couch of The Living Dead. They are also often seen in the most unsexy stockings that are like the surgical hose that my granny used to wear.

Those girls are happy to wear thick search proof stockings, as apparently some of the searches can be quite intrusive.
Totally off topic but one assumes the sheer size of SM allows them to get away with clear violations of the labour law by only providing 5 month non renewable contract work. For SM it works as it prevents unionisation, which is a fundamental legal right within the Philippines.

They have to stand for 12 hours a day, six days a week with only three 15 minute breaks per shift.
All employers abuse the labour laws here. Does any politician here make any effort to improve things by scrapping the 5 month limit? Not on yer nelly!

I don't say this is the perfect recipe but atleast this is how I have done it the last years and it still continues. I have directed my "work" more or less over to the FB by now. I have been using them datingsites the past 11 years so I believe I can say I am atleast somewhat skilled even if I don't know it all.
I have over the years used many many datingsites but for the phils i have directed my biz to mostly Filipino Cupid(FC), Pinalove(PL) and DIA. PL/FC by far the most used by me. As mentioned in first paragraph FB have become a dear friend and from maby 30 contacts a year ago it now runs on the high 500 numbers(all girls ofcourse). I also have a fleet of regular girls, i meet on occation some mallgirls and some i meet in normal hi so nightclubs. I have pretty much stopped conducting any biz at Havana(i was a FL guy before). I stay in Makati and thats it. Some girls go in on a repeat program and are safe bets if some hazzles occures. Mostly they are picked out from looks and performance ofcourse. My agespan will be from 20 to 25 in general with max 2 years plus/minus. For the plus it is no exact rule realy but i for sure will not go below 18. I like them somewhat tall.
For the datingsites a catchy and easy straight forward profile is all it takes realy. I have been doing my own small research programs in how I model my profiles over the years. What I have concluded is that a direct non offensive one is working the best and with my own pic on the side of it. I have found out that it is by far the best the girls themself press their interest, favorite me or contact me (yes, I am aware many girls just do this from reflex without any deep meaning behind it). I also make it very clear in my profile headlines "READ MY PROFILE" and I allways with no exceptions starts with "NO LB" and "NO MONEY REQUEST" wanted. This more or less rules out girls / guys of mentioned categories and if it isn't I allways, when they send me 1 msg, ask if they have read my profile anyway. I catch and screen away some more people at this stage. I used to get more than enough hits evenmore that i have ever been able to handle. After initial contact it is a fast switch into C2 C as I don't want to waste time with "fuglies"(also debated recently and Westie has some good pointers here). If they are accepted through the cammed skype session we are good to go. At this stage I normaly get the girls digits(without this actually meaning squat).
When is it the right time to fire up a profile? I used to fire up my profiles 2 weeks prior to my arrival date. Today doing the FB routine with my fake account, ofcourse this runs all the time but I get more request from friends of friends aka girls I have fucked than I can handle anyway, so I start to accept their request 2 weeks prior to my arrival. It is not an exact science as I sometimes can, within a day or two, simply decide I want to go visit pussy heaven (if my domestic GF go away or sth on a short notice). This makes my pre work a bit different but still enough time to arrange atleast two girls for the arrival day (depends a bit on the arrival time ofcourse). Then I work from my Makati apt. The job is not done when you have the girls digits. Many of us have experienced bad receptions, connection cuts, girls don't answer and this ever ending pasaload request. If I clearly sense that a girl are actually out of load I pass on some pisos theough my phone (atleast for the Smart system it is easy to give out some load). Except from that I am allergic to moneyrequest but my girls are well informed about that through precommunication but some try the small ammounts anyway. Many girls have many phones and if I find this out I skip them bcs then they most likely are BG or P4 P. Most of the normal girls I try to run after have sometimes enough holding one phone up and running, hehe. For girls in BG category I try avoid them but ofcourse sometimes this fails. The most used frase the day our meet is going to take place is "I don't have money for transportation". The latter years I have put this in my profile that if we meet I expect her to have money to get to my place without hazzle. I allways offers to reimburse their travelcosts ofcourse. In most cases this works out fine but atleast in earlier years this was a big problem and from reading here and there in various forums it seems this problem still exists. I never used to send them money but I offered to send a car, I take a taxi to meet them or I meet them by the taxi to pay the driver. Girls did not accept this soulution were ditched as they probably just wanted to travel money (as earlier stated this problem actually stopped now). I have one girl flying in from Cebu covering her travelcost herself so then a girl living close to Makati should be able to do it.
In precommunication it is most important to make the girl understand she has to come my place. If denied it is a no go. I have had a few saying no at first but then after a few days change their minds. As many others also experience when a girl first arrives my place it is very unlikely fucking will not happen. I only meet girls as a normal date if i happens to be hungry or something. Then we can go Outback or Tony Ramos(TR). One thing i experienced my last trip was not so nice. I was at TR the day before eating with my new arrived girl. We ate and walked to my apt and fucked. My girls mostly come from the segment we probably can call normal girls / party girls. 1) If the girl asks for a load prior to your meeting time 5 pesos is enough. Give her more then she's surfing the web, checking facebook, and wasting time when she should be getting ready.
2) I always send a link to google map of the meeting place (next door to my condo) and I make sure she confirms she knows where it is and how to get there. For the clueless I send step-by-step instructions how to get to my place.
3) Tell the girl she must text you when she departs for your meeting place. Be firm about it. With first timers I usually send a text a few hours before telling them how excited I am to meet them and to remind them to let me know when they are leaving. If you get no reply after a while that indicates a potential missed meeting. I follow up with another text letting her know that if I don't get a reply soon I will meet someone else instead. That's often a catalyst.
4) When she arrives turn off your wifi.

You actually lucked out with the Tony Roma's incident. Once in Puerto Galera the boatman told the girl I was with all about the girl I had taken on the boat yesterday. All in Tagalog.

On a more substantive note, I might add that on a last online profile I included a picture of me with a Filipina ex-girlfriend. The focus was on me, but part of her face was in the picture, as though I hadn't intended to show it. The portrait was successful, because I got a lot of messages like, "Who's the girl in your photo?" She was good-looking, which made me look good (not like a desperate guy with a fat old hag) and the fact that she was Filipina proved that I had been in the Philippines and was not just an armchair fantasizer and masturbator.
