It has been in effect all the days I have been here (the last few days) , and continues tonight and at least tomorrow night. Very few girls out at all.

By 'market' I mean that each step of the promenade is lined with stands selling shoes, handbags, garments, knicknacks, and various cheap and poorly made items. The crowds throng in between these shops, bumping into one another, the shoddy merchandise, and stepping on toes. There are almost no girls there because they don't like to face the hateful, disapproving stares of the ordinary Thais.

Short, tall, thick, slim, attractive, cute, that has been the price.

Also, all the Soi 6 girls I have experienced have been GFE. Kissing, BBBJ, no rush, etc. If the girl you had was that hot and asking 1300, is that really that terrible for GFE?

You would pay at least that much and probably more in any of the monger cities in Thailand, for a "really hot girl".

if my history is correct it started a few years ago after the yellow and the red shirt ordeal. the mayor of pattaya decided to help out the locals and its economy by placing tents along beach road for the locals for free to sell their wares for a cheaper price since they didn't have to pay for the space or tents. they even had bands and singers set up on a stage across from soi 6, the first time it was okay then they did it again and again. the traffic got worse and the regular vendors that pay the big bucks on the other side of beach road. complain and rightfully so that it was taking business away from them.

of course the mayor and the others don't listen and continue this practice for the tourist, regardless of how bad the traffic gets. two weeks ago when i was to meet a bunch of guys at the biergarden for dinner on a bike the traffic was at a stand still on beach road, the worse i have seen it for sometime. i finally took a detour and parked on second road. opposite the penthouse hotel. when i got to beach road and 13/2, i realize what they had done to cause the traffic to come to a stand still. they block off beach road. at 13/2 since they had set up a stage outside biergarden for a show meaning all traffic that normally goes to walking st. then turns left up pattaya thai was closed off sending all traffic including the large buses through 13/2 where the penthouse was located.

since my party was late i stood across the stage and watch the comedy with the bib, this guys who seem to be in charge which i was standing next seems like he was going to [url=http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord134][CodeWord134][/url] in his pants. he saw what was happening traffic at a stand still and the buses couldn't turn into 13/2, it was real stupidlity at its best! surprising he made a decision and open up beach road and the traffic started to flow.

in regards to the fl's, how do anyone expect them work, with the tents one can barely walk let alone sit and wait for customers. i have seen many of the girls walk across to 2nd road and hang around the courtyard of the avenue and further up past soi 6, around soi 5. many of the girls head down to walking st. earlier and ask for higher prices.

this is the longest i have seen them operate usually it is just one weekend but as noted it seem to go on every weekend now. this weekend i'm not sure i was in such a hurry to get inside central festival i didn't notice. the mayor of pattaya which i refer to the inside of sukhumvit has no control over anything. if you live here his only purpose seems to be photo ops and a event planner for such things as trying to drawing tourist to town. he has no control on the police or any of the local utilities offices. this week they laugh at him regarding the jet-ski crackdown which pattaya mail newspaper reported another meeting at city hall which nothing has been done. they have no laws but created regulation they can't or won't enforce. he actually went down a few months ago and scolded the vendors and still nothing has been done. he can't do damn things except plan parties and build tents to attract tourist.

the place is going to hell you just came to town the wrong time. you got to look harder and many are going up to north pattaya the naklua area. plenty of meat up there it has been neglected. girls just sitting around waiting and the price is cheap too?

Making preperations for my visit coming up in a couple weeks. Was wondering what kind of exchange rate is being given for the US dollar. I recall they paid a higher rate for $50 and $100 dollar bills.

The airport rates suck, just cash in enough until you can hit Beach Road and at one of the exchange shops.

Just pass the Dolphin Circle, you can get off the Songthaw if it starts to go back down Beach Road and walk back towards the Woodland resort. This area is never mentioned and as far as I'm concern neglected. There are places to eat and drink and plenty of bars with very few customers, if beer bars are your thing and you want to be the center of attention give it a try?

I was out last week having a pizza at Pizza Big and decided to walk off the meal with a friend before leaving the area. He's into beer bars as we were walking around decided to stop in and I saw personally many that were more than doable but that's me. He ended up staying at the bar and barfine and got the girls for 1000 LT?

Hi all just a quick report about my first trip to Pattaya, I'm not much of a writer so please forgive my bad grammer, spelling, etc. Have been looking on this forum for quite a while and it has been invaluable but for some reason when I got there it just all goes out of my head.

Booked a flight with thai airlines for £560 which I thought was great for a direct flight only £60 dearer than a stopover, booked my hotel Sabai lodge on soi 2, have read that you don't need to book just turn up and find a hotel, but I didn't want to chance it being my first trip. Ok down to the main points First night just seemed to walk for miles actually went out in jeans and shoes, that lasted about an hour went back to change with sore feet and sweating badly. Ended up in a bar near my hotel the top of soi2 got talking to an absolutely gorgeous girl, about 22 big breasts cute face, got her some drinks and chatted all night as I got ready to leave she said 'you buy me' and I was so shocked I said no, what a fckin idiot, spent the night alone, was tired though. Me not taking her I think gave me bad karma or something because the next night she wasn't there, anyway went into another bar got chatting to a woman who was all over me, quite big hands. Played pool, I was a bit drunk, a crap band were playing and she gave me a bit of paper to write down a request I put hotel California. Later in the night when we were playing she went over and asked them to play my song again, which I though was nice. Paid the barfine took her back to my hotel I had a shower she didn't I came out the shower she sucked my cock, nice. She didn't get undressed, started get a bit paranoid, and yes it's a bloke.
