So after checking out the forum and seeing what's available in he vicinity, finally tried a MP in hitec city area near a famous hotel. Went there in afternoon they have a mix of NE and Thai masseuse. I gathered some courage and asked for extras. She pointed to Johnny and said 2 while gesturing for a HJ. I now gained more confidence and started negotiation. In fact, he mentioned that there are many married and widowed ladies end up doing this because family situation and some of them are exquisite and don't know their value.
He told, simply some of the girls can go for 20 k+ outside but work for 1 k because they don't have an avenue and freedom to do.
I was a saint this party, so couldn't ask him directly about the details.

Recently tried a MP at Ameerpet. Got their details from a well known discount website. Neat and clean spa. Clean rooms and shower area. Have SI and NE therapists. I don't think the guy allows you to choose. Was unlucky the first time, but went again as the massage is actually good and the counter charges are low. Took the same therapist the second time and this time got HJ (no touching). The therapist is very good at the massage and gives very slow and soft massages.
Counter: 1 k.
Extras: 0. 5 k.

I was in the S'bad area this afternoon and had couple of hours to kill so thought of having some fun. Went to MP near to the Ratnadeep Supermaket. MP name starting with A.
There was a guy at the counter and he told me to to go to upstairs for the massage. The girls were local and below average looking. I was walking out but the guy told me to wait. Then he gets a NE girl not, ok looking and seemed bit fat. I wanted to leave but the little one wanted to stay, so I stayed. I went to the room and found out that the girl was even fatter than she seemed initially. The massage was really bad and the girl was scratching herself. I was so turned off, I asked her to stop the massage and walked out. Did not give the girl anything. Payed the fee at the counter and left. So much for the afternoon fun.

My experience in Hyd was totally disappointing.
All contacts on the web turned out cold. Had difficulty calling up people as most of them didn't seem to understand English. And getting a girl in to the 5* hotel was a no go as well.
Other than locals, is there any way I could get some Thai / Chinese flavors? Looks like a major hassle to hookup with local girls.
Haven't seen any Thai gals advertising around Hyd.
