I get the impression that when we talk about the new legislation, we are only discussing BBBJ.
I heard that the new law also prevents the prohibition of under 21 years and the requirement of an ID card clearly mentioned a prostitute as a profession.
These two measures can reduce some numbers of girls.

My sample of girls asking what are their plans given the new rules have given responses that they have little other choices so will continue to work in FKKs. Others consider working in other countries (but other senior members here cannot believe that is possible given the barriers to entry).
Regarding BBBJ question the answer has been I do not know which usually means that they will stop doing it.
Pricing will be an issue for BBBJ to be continued.
As you may know some of the FKK girls read this forum rather than German forum since their English is better. These girls get many ideas from what is written here on ISG. Once again there are senior members who do not believe this.

Girls must be at least 18 yo for this job.
What type of ID card is he referring to?
Under 21 is allowed but the 18-20 year olds are required to receive the counseling twice a year, whereas the 21+ only need receive the counseling annually.

This makes part time university tutes to walk in to FKK very difficult and also it may lead to some German young tutes to work in neighbor country which is just few hours away by car or train.

It would also be difficult to have sympathy for a guy who agrees to pay more for finishing in a condom while having sex. Who the hell would pay extra for that? Finishing is sort of the point of the whole endeavor.
