Mumbai is a grueling 4 hour flight to Bangkok. Lots of horny young guys with money who can't get action locally. Do the math. They come from North America, Caribbean, other Latin American countries, Europe, Middle-east, and speak spanish and english, and probably read ISG. I've met Cubanos, Venezolanos, Chilenos, Mexicanos, tourists from almost every Latin American country, and Spaniards, French, German, Italians, Israelis, Canadians, etc. At the higher-end P4P establishments during my time in Medellin. Almost all of them spoke spanish and english and looked like middle and upper class Colombians.
