Welcome Sevenless, I do feel your pain and there is no easy answer to this as a large amount of prejudice against foreigners is built into the system and getting service is as much down to luck as good planning. When I arrived in Japan, I couldn't speak a lick of Japanese, even though I look Asian too, but after 3 years I was more or less fluent which increased my chances much more. I think it is best to come clean about being a foreigner and in the meantime, study and practice Japanese as much as possible. "Clover" is just the sign on the wall opposite the elevators; I assume this place used to do business under the name "Clover". As soon as the elevator opens on the 4th floor, Purple King is the door on the right. It's locked, so just knock on the door.
