Was staying for one night each in both hotels and was checking out the local situation.

Meridien, 15% 8-10, 50% 5-7, 35% below. I am not eager for Africans but saw some really beautiful girls there. Security wise absolutely no problem, just use the side entrance next to the fountain. Nobody will check on you.
