Based on your experience, do you think Thailand / Cambodia / Philippines is worth the travel headache vs. Sticking with Medellin for example?

I won't to go too long in my answer because the subject is not directly related to Phnom Penh, but it does include it in a general sense so I think it's OK.

I took a look at your post and saw you are a mid-thirties guy, probably could get good sex without any "help" so YMMV.

Like you said, I've spent a significant amount of time in Colombia, Caribbean and Brazil seeking BBFSCIP, CIM with petite spinners and I would say the short answer is LATAM is very sub-standard to SEA in that respect. So you may not even need to venue into town if you see someone you like. Though be warned. They are significantly more expensive than picking up girls in the girlie bars in town. Tuk Tuk to 136/130 is cheap and I have taken 2 girls back from pool bars to the hotel, even taken them into the casino, bought them drinks then up to the room despite it being very clear (from dress) that they are working girls. I arrive at my hotel near Riverside at around 19:00 a bit tired, hungover and with a headache. RS.[/QUOTE]Like the go-go and freelance bars in Thailand, none of the damsels are required to go with a specific customer. Just as the customer is not obligated to buy a drink for a dancer / hostess. My experiences in Phnom Penh hostess bars has be from barely acceptable to fantastic.

Strategy # !: Let the girl choose you. Let her know through looking at her or communicating through another person that you might be interested in her. If she comes over, try to engage in conversation. (can be challenging).

Strategy # 2: Read her body language! Is she nervous? Distant? Does she flinch or pull away if you rub her thigh or put your arm around her?

Strategy #3: Before buying a lady drink, ask her directly if she goes with customers. Or ask one of the other hostesses if you target goes with customers. Of course, that doesn't mean she will go with YOU. She might be very selective.

After 1 drink for her, you should be able to get a good idea if compatibility is likely, though not guaranteed.
