They tend to be the more established pros, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective.

Photoacomp has a premium price model, so there are far more ads.

In general there are very few outright false ads. Most contain photos of the actual girl BUT they may be old photos, or retouched photos. In Photoa, look at bottom of profile page to see if there are more announcements with the same number. If there are more and they are the same girl, no problem. However, if different girls have the same number that is a red flag and means it is probably an agency, and honestly, I know of no reliable agency in SP. I would stay away from all of them. Most of the ads are not of this type, most are indies. But very very hit and miss.

In summary, for a short time visitor these contacts should be your last option or an option for an hour or day when all else is closed like a holiday. And it should be considered a dice roll at best, unless you see one with a high number of good reviews.
