Now I know halloween falls on Monday but the party is the weekend before and to my knowledge the whole weekend is supposed to be dry. How many bars or clubs will break the rules I don't know but if I were you I would stock your apartment or hotel room with booze before the weekend.

Election day is October 30. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be prohibited from 6:00 pm on Saturday, October 29, until 6:00am on Monday, October 31.

Halloween has become one of the biggest adopted holidays in Colombia (they absolutely love it) with HOUSE parties all over the place. I don't particularly like it though because you have no clue whats under all of that makeup LOL!

If it IS LEY SECA, all the Bars and Clubs will be government mandated CLOSED but they still sell alcohol in the supermarkets so its best to do house parties. I like those much better anyways.

A big plus is that the chicas will be looking for things to do that weekend and it will be a lot easier for them to make up their minds to come over. GRANTED that there is no better offer "on the table" for them. These girls whether it be pro or non pro will always take the best option offered to them. Trip report.

I am writing this alittle late. Been home about a week now, and still feel the withdrawls. I spent 10 days in Medellin and it wasn't enough. This was the first time in Medellin solo but, I had some amignovias there so wasn't too worried.
