My FB pretty much stays dormant while I am away, but as soon as I touchdown and jump in a cab, I am snapping pictures of Manila and post to my FB (check in). By the time I get to my accommodations, my messenger is blowing up. [/QUOTE]Unfortunately, $200 is the standard cost for Burgos St now. It's actually been that price for years and is about the only area in PI that hasn't seen significant hoeflation. For that price you should get a very attractive, english speaking girl for an all night session. Again, unfortunately, it's getting more and more common for girls to be less top shelf and now the occasional ST runner does happen too. Previously these were unheard of.

Burgos is close to the most expensive area in Manila. It's designed for guys who arrive in town with more money than time and want very foreigner focussed options. Expect pretty girls, good English, fun times, no clock watching and no mind games. Yes, cracks in these expectations are starting to appear but that's the intention.

Options are 1/ the numerous regular or freelancer clubs nearby, 2/ freelancers in the street but have your gaydar on high alert, 3/ regular online sites or, 4/ as you found, meeting gogo girls out of hours. I'd be interested to hear if the girl who gave her number actually panned out. It's can be a fun and cheaper time but the flake ratio is pretty high as girls often forget, are tired or accept other offers. Did she actually show up after her shift?
