Although partially correct, as with most generalizations, I can't say I agree 100.
I've stayed for one or two weeks near La Mayorista for the last 3-4 years and yes, sometimes the only girls out there look like most of the cows that populate the street scene in Tijuana (what the hell is in the water there, tacos?).
Sometimes, there are these little gems looking for quick pesos that have only heard of La Mayorista & I try to be there before they hear about CB, F2, Loutron's, etc.

I don't love La Mayorista, but it is a fun change of pace. I don't use the short term hotels, but have found several girls for TLN- each gladly accepted 100K. Three were totally GFE / PSE mix. One was indeed too high and far too much of a partier- sex was average at best.
I also do prefer the MPs, and really have enjoyed amazing sessions in MDE in MPs, and with MP chicas in apartements or hotels.

First off, @Viajero, look at the address on the list and go there. If you cannot find it, ask someone. There are one or two old timers in the street offering directions to the various casas in that area generally, for a quick question I doubt they will even ask for a tip. Breathe easy, you will find it.
@Matt, I stayed near there once and I didn't mess with it, really turned me off then. I went twice recently looking for someone in particular, did not find her, this time there was more selection but none of it great. Probably I have been a dozen times total, including the stay there, it's just not for me.
You can find GFE and sin condon anywhere. Far be it from me to judge, I've taken some risks, but I would not go with a girl there sin condon. Experienced people who first put me on to a lot of things in MDE concurred.
