Just take Her to Reception
This is a general question. Can you not just email the hotel on the addy provided on their website and ask them very politely if they are guest friendly, and if they require guests to register. Personally for me, I would prefer the guests register for variety of reasons. When I go next year it would be my first time in Bangkok and first time ever leaving the country on a mongering trip. So additional assurance of safety protocol is always welcome.
Haha most guys ask how to avoid registering (not that you should in Thailand). If you WANT her to register just take her to reception when you arrive. She will not be surprised. And if she doesn't want to then bullet dodged. (Presumably underage).

It looks nice, reasonably priced, and the Location seems perfect Between Nana & Asok, next door the Hyatt & stones throw away from Thermae.
Just wanted to know if they allow freelancers & what's their policy regarding the same (Toll, ID deposit at reception etc).
