I decided to give King's club a try. I visit several of the Korean esutes listed on the forum, and after the earthquake, many of the younger providers were really scared (especially as the radiation scare was picking up). A lot of them went back to Korea or relocated to out west. They no longer operate out of room 402 because it just cuts operating costs. This is partly why they changed their phone number. I think things have been slow, so they removed their foreigner tax, but the manager is still a little weary about customers who speak zero Japanese. He's a nice and understanding guy so if you act politely there will be no problems getting in. I've been told that it's okay to just go directly to the place, but it's always a better idea to phone in first to make sure you don't have to sit around and wait.
