I just got back from Ko Samet, and found some unexpected p4p action there. Ko Samet is a beautiful little island only 3 hours from Bangkok.
There is quite a good scene here for picking up drunk european backpackers. There's also a TEFL school in the gateway mainland town (Ban Phe) and students come to let off steam on the weekends.
The beach bars hand out flyers as you sunbathe during the day about 5 dollar happy hour buckets of hangover cocktails with headlines like "let's get fucken wasted." They actually serve these concoctions in plastic toy beach pails with a half-dozen straws hanging over the sides. So the girls are "fucken wasted," to be sure. there are plenty of young bucks here to keep them company too, but in my experience the girls always significantly outnumber the guys :)
The beach discos go on until 2 a.m. and serve drinks longer if there is customer demand, and there are some single thai ladies lurking about at the peripheries of these places, especially on weekends. They're definitely available p4p, but I didn't look into this option, because you don't really want those backpacker chicks pointing and whispering at you at breakfast the next morning, and at the disco again the next evening--or do you? Maybe not a bad idea, after all--girls love bad boys.
You'll also see mongers bringing Bangkok girls for a few days of play. "Bring a pillow" is the advice someone posted here years ago.
After unsuccessfully pursuing some crabby scandinavian charter-airline flight attendants at the beach disco, I found myself horny and frustrated, and without any viable targets as 11 p.m. loomed ahead. She led me to a room just behind the bar, undressed me, and gave me a towel, pointed me to the shower room. There were, I think, three such rooms in the corridor. This little chick was around 20-22 years old, and quite do-able. So I did her--quickly and kinda roughly. She was a bit noisy, and the bed was banging against the wall. About that time, I noticed that the room was partitioned directly behind the bar, and that there was a gap of several inches between the top of the wall and the ceiling. So, your goings-on may be heard by anyone in the bar if you go to the first room in the corridor!
The other girls were smiling at us when we emerged. The farang was gone. Maybe he had already finished and was relaxing afterward. Anyhow, I went back a few times, and the experience was similar in each place--but one girl took me back to HER apartment. I bought beer at the conveni on the way, and a SPY for her--off we went, but she shooed me out quickly afterwards--her boyfriend works at one of the beach discos!!
Only drawbacks: no variety, limited selection, some quite pretty young things, but no BKK stunners!

Up in this Northernmost province of Thailand with quite some tourists, unbelievable that there is only one MP in town.
The name is called Orchid and located within compund of Wiang Inn Hotel on its back. This hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Night Bazaar or the bus terminal so conveniently located in town.
Standard question to the papasan asking how much for service for which there are 2 prices; 1,200 B for those in fish bowl - more experienced, more meaty and many of them capable of doing real massages; and 1,600 B for what they call Sideline or temporary workers whom are younger and slender. Credit card is accepted here without question.
There were about 15 girls in fishbowl in total with a few acceptable apperance plus 3 sitting outside whom has higher price tag. I decided to take one of those outside with long hair, cute face and good body shape though a bit short. She's 20 and only come to work over weekends to self finance her study in a local college. I suppose my spending will contribite to fund part of her tuition and thought that we both get what we want; she got to get her degree while I get myself relieved; what a win win situation.
The service level is so-so as for a limited experience young girl but her good look compensate for part of it as it's good food for your eyes in itself. however, i would really like to dispell this myth that farang are somehow hung like horses, when compared to thai men and that this would be the reason your tiny 20 y.o. baulked at sex with you. for the record, many thai men are quite well-endowed according to many thai women who i have asked over the years. if you've ever watched a thai porno movie, the men in those are huge.

I ran into an old ISG friend last week, in BKK. Purely by accident, we had not seen each other in ab out 3 years. He was in town with his TGF, and was on his way up north. I jsut received this email from him. It might be worth having a look.

Kalasin is east of Khon Kaen about an hour's drive. I spent a few days at the hotel mentioned by 1Ball's friend. Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, excellent facilities. I went to Kalasin to meet the family of a girl I had met online. Since my girl stayed with me at the hotel, I didn't have much free time to check out the "night club" mentioned, but I suspected it was a girlie bar, because I went downstairs to the "basement" level for a foot massage and the gal who did the massaging asked me if I wanted more.......then moved her fist up and down to indicate she meant a masturbation session. All that aside, if you want to see one of the most beautiful wats in Thailand, visit the one in Roi Et Province, right next door to Kalasin. I agree that Kalasin is not worth a special trip, but if you are in the area, and need a hotel, there really is only one decent hotel in town.
Every March the teachers from my school go on a trip somewhere in Thailand. Last year it was the north through to Ventiane, this year it's Ubon. I went on this trip with mixed anticipation, last year I went with the rear end of a serious dose of Gastro so I wasn't up to much. I drank little, despite there being all the beer I could drink available on the bus, & I slept a lot, I never got the chance to monger at all.

We stopped in Sisaket at Wat Laan Quad which means the temple of a million bottles, I kid you not, every building, from the toilets to the gates, to the temple buildings were covered in bottles cemented in, truly an amazing sight & very unexpected. That evening I finally managed to ditch the clingy Director & his cronies & went exploring. I wandered down a side road & found 3 karoake bars, had an 80 baht Singha & a semi-horrid late 30 ish thing hanging off me, very annoying girl, offered herself forcefully for 500B which I eagerly declined.
I hadn't done any research b4 coming here so it was just gonna be a walk & explore jaunt, I only ask Tuk-Tuk drivers as a last resort.
About 10.30 I headed back to my hotel, the Grand Nevada, the old building not the flash new building, dunno what it cost, the school would of got it pretty cheap, they were advertising 650B for a single, v pricey for very ordinary air rooms. It seems they're letting it run down, I had to change the room I got as the air con was extremely noisy.

There are some KTV places on a small scale, but also some Thai style shows, some with very cute girls. They are located in a couple of the larger in town hotels and work like the Thai style places - a girl sings with the microphone to a Kareoke sound track, sometimes dreadfully - and you buy a garland to signal your interest. She will sit with you most of the times when she is finished and you can chat her up. Some Thail language skills are handy at this point, but there are some sweet youngthings to pick from in several places. One in particulary, can't remember the name, had about 20 girls and I thought that way more than half were very doable
