Can anyone recommend a good country Europe for Brown fever (Indian etc)?

Is there any country that has legalized sex work (Netherlands, Germany etc) that mandates / requires sex workers to go for weekly health screenings / check ups? Trying to figure out a place to minimize my risk.

The blood test used to be every 6 weeks, but they changed the frequency a couple years ago and I forget how often the blood exam is now. Each worker in the clubs has a card that gets stamped by the doctor every week. The clubs in Austria are very good about enforcing this requirement because if a girl does not have her stamped card for that week, then the police (if she is caught during one of the periodic controls) gives a 300 Euro fine to the club and a 300 Euro fine to the girl individually.

If you wear a raincoat during sex though, you'll be fine. The chances of catching anything from unprotected oral is quite, quite low. It happens, but it is quite low probability -- and if you catch anything from unprotected oral, you can just take the treatment. The most likely thing you will catch, if anything, is a fungal infection which can be cured in 2-3 weeks with antifungal cream. To give you a frame of reference, I've had hundreds and hundreds of unprotected BJs over years and years and I have never ever caught an STD (confirmed by periodic STD tests). During these many years, I've caught 3 different kinds of fungal infections and 2 non-serious urinary tract infections and that's it. Oh, I also had one ingrown hair on my balls that freaked me out and scared the crap out of me since I didn't know what it was until the doctor explained to me that it was just an ingrown hair. Then again, a friend of mine who doesn't hobby nearly as much as me got chlamydia from a BJ from a stripper once, so it can happen. If you have a wife you need to worry about, then it may not be worth it to take these chances.

In any case, the chances of catching stuff from unprotected oral is so low that I would not discriminate against various countries based on their health testing policies -- as long as you are wearing your raincoat during sex (important if you don't want to catch STDs). In any developed country, the girls are going to seek medical attention anyways if they have any symptoms. So, I don't feel any less safe in Germany for example than when I visit Austria. Any feeling of extra safety that Austria may offer because of its formal health testing requirement is likely illusionary. But, if it makes you feel better, then by all means, consider that Austria has this requirement.

I feel this post is taking into account price to much. What do people think are the best locations not factoring for price at all.

Looking to monger on a budget about 1000 1500 USD, excluding fights and stay, 2000 USD budget for that.

I want to try Colombian girls, from what I have read on videos and cam-sites they sound amazing, but not sure if it makes sense financially. I am in India presently and the flights alone will cost 2 K USD. Any advice on what would be the best places to monger close to home, on a budget, with good quality?

(FKK Germany is not an option).

If you need to find a middle man such as a taxi driver who drops you at secret places you never know what you end up with. It is trial and error. Interesting question. I guess not all countries collect data on that but from what I found out it has to do for one thing with the economic situation meaning less money in total, less money to waste on this. Then it also seems the more latin / caribbean, the more implants. Didn't find any numbers on countries with large indio populations.

I have been to the other places you mentioned. Budapest is underrated by the ISG community.

I will be going to Vienna in October for a business meeting. I have 3 extra days.
