Hey guys,

I am very disappointed to see that in Kolkata forum all the activities and reports are about Sona Gachi , unlike in any other city thread whether it be Banglore, Mumbai, Pune etc. Kolkata do have nice non pro gals and there are many opportunities available outside SG. It will be fun if we discuss and share about that too. I am fairly new to mongering scene but I can never go to SG even if they have Deepika Padukone to offer.

Sadly I found this too. I am only passing thru but have mongered worldwide and in many poor countries so hoped to get by, even speaking no Hindi or Bengali. Thanks for your comments. In Jakarta, at a mid-level night club where expats are welcome, if you are a regular and you pick up a girl to take home for the night, you normally have to pay around $50, roughly the same as ST at SG. But that's for all night. And - not that I got a chance to experience it directly - it sounds like the women in Jakarta offer more for that money in terms of service.

There IS a place in Surabaya that somewhat resembles SG, where prices are posted on the wall: the stated price is sometimes as low as $6-7, although even a tight-wadded monger will usually round that up to $10 or even $20 for good service.

There are very few minors in organized sex outlets in Indonesia, if any: certainly amongst expat mongers, most would deliberately avoid such contacts on either legal or moral grounds.

I have mentioned the rates earlier in reply to amit (1500 to 2500) for full service, mp are loacted every where in kolkats, parkstreet, parkcircus, gariahaaat, rashbihari, lake market, airport. My advise wud be to avoid places in suburbs of kolkata, you are sure to get lower profile of gals. And there no names of the mp, and if you are asking unisex beauty parlours then I can name many.

Dear Gonzo:

Thank you for the wonderful report. I found it not only entertaining but also useful for those who don’t speak the local language. Inblr01 has pointed out two important facts: (i) the rate in top buildings have gone up to Rs. 2,100 (plus Rs. 100 for the servant) and (ii) pimps may have left you alone thinking that you are part of an NGO.

I think the language was a major problem and the source of all the misunderstanding. SG is pretty professional place in that people keep their part of the bargain. Had you given another 1,000, you would have almost surely scored; whether the girl was worth that money is entirely different story. The pimps in SG play an honest broker’s role—if the girl shortchanges me, I complain to them and they take the girl to task. If I am a trouble maker, all the pimps and girls will gang up against me. You were wise to leave the scene under the circumstances without insisting for a refund. We have all been there, at one point or another; write it off under "search cost".

What should you do differently next time? I have a few suggestions:[list=1][*] [color=blue]Go during the day[/color]. There is less time pressure. Girls are all available (in fact they are “fresh” having just taken their bath and are without make-up, in their natural state). All doors are open, you can walk in any building with little hustle from pimps, girls, mama sans or other customers. At least for the first trip, this is a must. You probably chose one of the worst times to visit SG. The demand is high during Puja (lots of out-of-town visitors). Moreover, many girls go to visit their families, reducing the supply.
