It is popular with the straight expat crowd who just want to have a drink and / or a meal with their wife in the front bar and restaurant but I understand that in the rear bar there are serious pick up possibilities in the weekend. I quite like it for just getting pleasantly sloshed once in a while.

Went to Millenium Disco at 11 pm. Rp 50K cover which includes a bottle of water. The place was quite empty. As I walked in looking a little lost as it was my first time, two girls came up to me and asked me my name. Since I was alone, I chatted with them and bought them drinks. Quite pleasant and fun chatting with one on each side and cuddling. Then one girl asked me for Rp400K to buy extacy for all of us. They said we could party all night. This was a real turn off. I am not into drugs, and would never consider it in a new place in a foreign city. I tried to dissuade them but they were persistent. Told them I was more into cewek than drugs and they suggested we could go to my hotel first then party all night. By this time, I was turned off. Realizing I was not going back with them, they said they would find me another girl of my choice. It was getting late and I had a flight the next day so I ditched them and went back to my hotel.

The place is interesting and my impression it would be easy to pick up wild girls who are looking for a party. I don't think they are working girls like in Top Gun in Blok M but more just out for a good time. I will probably go back but better to go when you can start at 1 am or so.

Last Wednesday staying late, there where some hot looking, available Cewek (girls) in the front bar and it felt a bit like the blok M bars. But on weekdays, yes, pick-up possibilities are quite limited and where the blok M bars are a sure bet for pulling girls, Eastern Promise is not. The rear bar opens on weekends when there are live bands, available ayam tends to be slightly older (35 plus).

I have seen the pointed out girls in front of Fave hotel, but I think they are only there sporadically, hardly ever. Lone girls trying there luck in hunting tourist bule. If there's one, they sometimes sit at that little warung opposite the hotel's main entrance. "kemang pizza pasta" (if I remember the name correctly) offering massage around 9-10pm.

Two skimp clothed girls came up to me and asked me to buy them drinks. Each drink costs Rp 50K and you have to buy two. The drinks are just shot glasses with soda in them. Before I could say no. They had their drinks and were sitting on my lap. Can't say I objected as they were very cute. The stage girls were stunners. 9 and 10s. It was all it was reported to be with topless and briefs episodes of full topless and bottomless. The girls were so beautiful and had great bodies. Music was pretty good too. Girl DJs and the music was not too loud. The scene was pretty upscale. Lots of people on the Friday night. All the girls are employed by the club. No FLs. And you can't take girls out by paying a bar fine.

Few more girls came by and asked for drinks. I am a sucker. What can I say? It was worth it. After a couple of hours, I had racked up Rp 500K and decided I better leave. It was worth it. Few beers, nice show, and good music.

Just came out of Hotel Travel which I last visited about two years ago.

Not many customers when I arrived. 5 or 6 groups of of about 15 girls in each group sitting on the left side as you come in. Mixed groups of big, small, good looking and so so girls. A good selection for everybody's taste.

Mamasans are very pushy and it did not take more than 30 seconds after I walked in that one of the mamas already pushed a girl to me saying that she speaks good English. Did I come to Travel to have a great conversation on English? Anyway, she was kind enough and smiling, rather on the heavy side and willing to chat, which I did for a couple of minutes before sending er back. Not my taste.

Walked around to look at the display, but the pushy mama kept sending me one after the other. With finally a good looking slim girl was brought forward. A good 8 in the looks and friendly with enough of basic English to have some small talk. Paid her a drink and she asked whether she could bring her friend to a 3some. I am not really into that, but then I thought why not and off she went to get her friend. Surprise, surprise. Even better looking and a solid 9 in the looks. Paid her a drink as well and we sat together on a sofa to warm up a bit. And what was going to come looked promising.

Indeed, they did not disappoint. Perfect bodies, willing to please, fun to be with. The "friend" actually seemed to be rather new to the business and was a bit directed by the other one. Started with the one I picked, took her in different positions, but somehow it did not really click. Switched to the "friend" and she was really into it and seemed to enjoy being f. The in different positions. Ended up in a long doggy and when the deed was done, she said "very good mister".

Definitely a recommended duo for a nice 3some.

the disco in jarkata don't get going until after midnight most girl ask you for money for drug and you don't see them again, i like royal crown at glodok and millie at lokasri plaza for pick up girl at the stadium are mostly **** and on drugs.

They call it "on", mau on mister (want to get high) and they don't buy it or they're gone. It's a great place to go with a buddy and have a drink. On Saturday evening it is always packed and I never feel not safe even I am the only bule there.
