There are like 3 or 4 around the Hongdae area, right outside the area of the main street (the street with the Forever 21).

They are pretty difficult to miss if you know how to read anma in Korea.

Obviously Hooker Hill would be the first place, I've hit it raw there a number of times without any problem in the last five years.

Red light districts like 588 are hit and miss, usually miss, but sometimes you can get some good action. RLD in Dongducheon isn't a problem, but that's 1. 5 hours north of Seoul, and usually the quality of girls isn't worth the long distance travel (although sometimes there are some nice ones).

I think overall is how nice you are to the girl, if you can speak Korean, whether the girl perceives you as clean or dirty (hygiene), and how comfortable they are with you.
