We should tip service people for good work but punish them by withholding tips and complaints to their management for not doing their jobs properly, so they will improve their services. Hotel workers and bar meseros in Tijuana are pretty rough people. They act rough all the time with everyone, not only with you. But Cascada's cleaning crews would politely ask for tips, not demanding or threatening. You should have complained their rude conducts to hotel Coahuila's management. I even coached HK's management to train their meseros to show respect to the clients. Most were acting a lot better after some coaching.

Tijuana's bar and hotel management do monitor and respond quickly to clients' feedbacks. We should all give them honest, constructive feedbacks via emails or ISG posts, so they can fix their problems and we can all have more fun and better sex hehe.

Azul offers good value at $10 for a large rib eye, like 1.5 pounds, grilled to your desired doneness, if you go to the restaurant and deal with its waiters. The steaks brought into the club by HK meseros are always overcooked and served with plastic utensils, difficult to cut up, but still a very good deal with a 2 4 1 coupon.

You got a couple good sessions with Tijuana chicas. Tijuana has an abundant supply of girls in bars and on the streets, conveniently concentrated in the bar block. Other cities in Mexico, like Monterrey, don't seem to have lively bar scenes, but the escort venues seem to be huge and loaded with some of the finest-looking girls. Volaris and AeroMexico fly between Tijuana and Monterrey for about $100 RT, a very good deal. I am tempted to spend a long weekend exploring Monterrey and its sweetest-looking chicas.

But recently a few times when I ended up leaving the room I paid $ 1 tip for cleaning guy, just around the corner next guy wants a tip at and the end of the corridor next guy wants a tip, but it's not over because on the floor below right next to the reception two guys want tip. Total five guys wanted $ 1 tip. I just said I do not have money because I need for a taxi and I went outside to the street. A good idea for someone to tell the manager about this situation.

I was in Hong Kong club yesterday and Adelita at midnight both clubs were packed. OMG! both clubs abundance of beautiful girls. I saw advertising inside Hong Kong regarding Saturday, September 15 big non-stop party, special attractions etc because Mexican Independence Day.

I ran into multiple guys in hotel Coahuila sticking their hands out for propinas, which is very stupid and annoying. Usually I would just point to the last guy I gave the propina to and shrug it off, but it seems Meximonger was harassed near physical altercation. I would get very pissed off and would definitely complain so their management can beat up those rude and greedy guys.

It's still not too late to complain now. Just give them the date time and name or descriptions of the offenders.

What I used to do when those cleaners ask for tip was to tell them the tip is in the room. You clean the room, you find the tip. Sometimes they understood me and raced off to the room to find the tip. There are times I leave nothing but tell them to go find it in the room when you clean it. For me, this solved the problem of multiple cleaners asking for a tip.

Cascada has nice, clean, remodeled rooms with mood lighting, new, clean sheets and towels, smelling good, a very good value for ST sex. If everything is clean, I would give them a $1 or a 10-peso coin on the way out. If the room is dirty I would complain to the front desk, but I have never found dirty rooms with smelly sheets in Cascada, ever, even though the St rooms use the same sheets over and over. The chicas would spread a clean sheet over the bed cover to stay clean. In other hotels, I sometimes had to yell at the front desk to clean their rooms and change their dirty, foul-smelling sheets, or refusing to do sex with the girls.

There are only a few hotels in La Zona with clean rooms and clean sheets for ST sex: Cascada, Ibiza, Garcia, Mini, Rapido. The rest are filthy with bad-smelling sheets, shit! Hotel El Porton is the worst, never cleans their rooms, changes their sheets and has God-awful smelly beds. Fuck that shit. Upon smelling bad odors in the rooms, I would quickly leave and yell at the front desk people to clean the room and change the sheets in my pidgin Spanish. I would never lie down rolling around with chicas in their beds, so just avoid those girls altogether. I never had rooms so grimy, rotting with such foul odors anywhere in the world.
