Not big on Tangara. Went there the first time and quality was mediocre.

Checked out Mirunas too but did not tested anyone. Notable were Elisa, Isa and Manuela.
Tested in Enjoy Bibi (morena), Cacau (morena) and Nicolly (branca). All of them provided excellent performance. As usually hard to choose, because the selection was good.

I think there is a huge diff by Russians in Russia and those outside Russia.

The best experience was one adult movie actress a few years ago. I speak about two decades of experience with them. I speak their language fluently including most of the math words, if you understand what I mean. Without math words you are not speaking their language.

Most of the pros I met were new arrivals to salons and were not jaded in the slightest. I would take out to my apt and with champansky and music I was seldom disappointed. Very often the dyev who was cold as ice in the salon lineup would turn into absolute tiger in bed. While I love the affectionate nature of the Brazilians, I have always felt that the unpredictability of the Russians was a huge turn on. There was no script, no set list of phrases or types of moans, each girl was unique and natural, at least in my experience. The only common denominator was that they were all game for a long fuck, the only word in Russian a monger really needs to understand is yeshu (more).

I was there in June and there were only a few doable girls (maybe they got some new ladies). Plus the lady at the reception tried to overcharge me. You get a lower rate if you take a girl before 21.00 (9 pm).
Even thought I took my girl before 9 pm, the dumb ass receptionist tried to charge me the gringo price. The female manager settled the BS in my favor.

Changes is an evolving operation and frankly I am rooting for its success because it offers an all day and, ore importantly all night option, until last client, 2-3 am. SP is loaded w daytime options but at night you have only trash boates, absurdly expensive boates, and Casarao. Chanes offers another option and I welcome that, it deserves support. The pricing is reasonable, the location is great, the infrastructure is fine. The selection of girls is the only weak variable bit that is evolving. GPguia reviews are very favorable. I have sessioned repeatedly w 2 there that are fantastic. The overcharge situation you encountered is I assure you not a commonplace, I am positive it was an innocent mistake due to changing pricing model. Despite the paranoia on this site about gring tax, Fefao does not need or care about ripping off gringos. Heis one of true quality owners around.
Fwiw, its now 140 hour every day before 3 pm and all, day on Saturday.
