But this is new and not the norm previously
Seems to me the only issue here is not clearly establishing when a "session" started. Any regular visitor to Globe should be well aware of the importance of doing so. You really can't expect girls to spend 3 hours with a regular client and then get paid for only 30 minutes?
Perhaps after a couple of hours of drinking neither "befuddled" party could clearly recount what actually happened.
So the affected person wrote about this at length in the local forum.
1. he had done this previously as had many guests without an issue.
2. The girl is not compelled in any way to hang around and stay and drink with him. She can leave any time and she at no time made it clear that she is on the clock.
Many clients in other clubs in DE, do pay for couch time, I never have and I make it clear that I won't. Some girls stay with you in order to entice you to go with them later, this is their choice and if they feel like it won't pay off, they are free to leave at any point they wish.
3. This was never the case before and the rule change has never been communicated, it is still not clear if this is actually the case as per the rules. The local forum is really not pleased about this.
4. From what has been described by many, it sounds like there has been no change in rules, however there might have been collusion between the desk person and the girl and they might have split the proceeds, there is no way to know this for sure.
I do understand that some clients hoard girls and other clients don't have access to them. But remember the girl is free to leave any time she wants if she thinks this is not in her financial interest neither the club nor the client have forced them to do this.
This is part of their service oriented approach.
So in this respect I personally disagree with you. As per forum rules I can not post the link to the local forum, but the local forum is quite upset about this and there are 1 or 2 individuals who agree with you, but the others see it differently.
