From my experience, my photo sessions with girls have been unpaid on the part of the girl who is having their picture taken. You do the movies or stills in the confines of the closed door room. Not the sort of thing to be doing in public where prying eyes of management can be seen.

I know that in the NRW clubs that some girls charge the standard rate of 25 euro for stills as if it were an extra, but most times if pictures are allowed then it has been for no extra money apart from paying for the time in the room.
