The only places I can think of that seem to have a quota system are the expensive clinicas like the Palms, Lotus Lounge and France Bel. Those places tend to be snobbish and seem to manage their roster to have a lot of european types and few if any Afro or Indian Brazilians.
I can say that higher end places have a lot of eye candy and trash places have mostly uglies. The mid ramge places like TG and Chanes etc have a mix, but it all comes down to personal taste. I seldom see more than 2 girls out od 10 that I really wheras some guys like 8 ot of 10. In my case I just visit as many as possible and leave without sessioning if I don't see what I like. I really think that is all one can do.

By all means visit these other places but don't expect any clubs to compare to Bomboa, Scandalo and Cafe Photo in terms of glitz and quantity. If that is what you like just go there every night. I would if I could afford it. I like those places, I like the large selection, the larger the better. I just can't afford to go there all the time, and I have the luxury of time to visit the daytime places and find what I consider to be the occasional gem. Then I add that gem to my rotation. But I understand that visitors do not have that luxury, so I encourage visitors to do whatever they can afford to do.
The smaller places and the clinicas are never going to compare to those clubs in terms of selection. What frustrates me is that guys on these boards constantly try to stereotype places and women based on their one or 2 visits or their limited interactions. The clinicas defy stereotyping. The turnover is too high and the staff sizes are too small to speak of them in stereotypical terms. Anyway, have fun.
I must say I am impressed by the recent moves by Fefao. I call his latest maneuvers "the empire strikes back".
All of his casas, Mirunas, Enjoy, Chanes, them have promotions and I have found gems at each one. I am glad to see this improvement in quality and customer service. The receptionists are also quite good. In contrast, I find Brooklin the receptionists at Brooklin to be ridiculously beaurocratic with their nazi like approach to the gpguia fidelity card verification. I feel like I need to show up there with a certified copy of my TDs, like I should visit the cartorio before going there and have certified copies printed and stamped for the nazista recepcionistas.
Tangara continues to be Tangara. Good reception, a lot of girls, few to my taste, a lot of turnover, their pricing benefits short time visitors as they do not require gpguia postings. One negative, I think they overwork their stars, then the stars leave and the below average ones stick around forever. I have personally heard some top girls their complain about overwork, insufficient recovery time be / t clients.
Some of the other houses are also lowering prices to the 150 level, though most require postings.

For example I am sure there are clubs in Dubai and places like that where one can reliably say "there are nice eastern european girls in this club". But in Sao Paulo, I just don't think such characterizations are really possible. Sure guys write reports and it is good that they mention what they saw, we all like to read that. But that was that night at that club. My point is that the SP clubs are constantly changing girls and this turnover generally reflects that demographics of Brazil. A lot of morena claras, a bunch of blondes, a few mulatas, and very few indigenas. We all have our preferences, and we all want to find that place that is loaded with our preferences but I don't think it exists outside of the case I mentioned. The high end clinicas that cater to the taste of wealthy brazilians and therefore have quite a few european looking girls. The palms, lotus lounge, francebel. The vast majority of the places have whoever shows up for work that day, generally representative of the country's demographics.
You have to appreciate some guys like Komo753 have been on the RJ board. On the RJ board, they have been discussing for years where to find big butts, thinner girls, busty girls, brancas, mulattas and negras. In fact, guys on the RJ board say if you want more European-type girls go to Sao Paulo. I don't think that's necessary, but it has been said recently. You don't need to go to Sampa to find brancas! There is more than enough diversity in Rio. That's normally where I've gone when I've visited Brazil, and just look at all of the pictures of brancas I've posted over the years. So, I'm not just saying it. I have proof! Like I said, I understand the motivation for the question. I sympathize, I have preferences and I want to find those preferences too. I would love to be able to say "place X has this" and "place why has that" etc. I wish there were places that had lineups which were predictable in this regard. It is a fact, however, that Rio has more of a black ethnicity than São Paulo, and subsequently more in the PFP biz as well.
I prefer the dark skin, so I prefer Rio as a monger city, because of the generally darker ethnicity.
I hit VM on Friday night, the vast majority of girls were of dark skin.
Contrastly, I was in SP a week ago and hit the "trash" venues there as well, predominantly white girls.
It's just the way it is.
