I tried to contact one of the mileroticos posting via WhatsApp and got immediate response back with a whole set of pictures. Pictures of these chicas look like models which made me suspicious. These pictures have the same phone number and some of them even have the word Divas Spas printed on them.

Long time, no post. I just wanted to mention few things. I'm unsure if they were stated previously so my apologies if they were. If you like the NFL, the clock tower pub in centro has NFL Sunday Ticket and you can watch any game you'the like. LDV was closed on a Monday. In my opinion, the girls at the clock tower do appear to be getting younger. They are also more scattered throughout the first few streets of the walled city instead of in front of the clock tower. Found some semi pros in the centro nightclubs such as Tu Candela and Eivissa. Finally, The Rub Spa massage parlor does not offer sex. The girls there do Nuru style massages with a tug at the end. I am in Cartagena for another trip Oct 14-20. It's a business trip (yes lucky me!) actually so I won't be totally free all the time, but looking for wingmen to hit some of the clubs and check out the mongering scene in general. I have been to Cartagena before but mostly pulled very successfully from Tinder. My pipeline is already solid for next weeks trip, love that thing. Took a walk through the centro historico area, passed by the infamous clock tower as the clock struck 10. Ironic because the last few times that I was in Cartagena, the clock wasn't working. Not worried about the coins but after noticing she had raided the minibar even after I had provided her with a generous propina was more than disappointing. Paid for an hour and got 40 minutes. Off to Medellin.

It pisses me off to be with girls with this kind of behavior, like helping herself to loose change, raiding the mini bar without permission and short changing you on time. To me, it is no better than stealing, and I am pretty sure if given the chance, they will steal and rob from you all the same.

Now you're probably looking around and wondering where all the incredible luxury is. It's just a pretty standard room. Here's some of the things you take for granted that they don't have: air conditioning, hot water, an oven, a washer and dryer, blankets, possibly even pillows, a ceiling. Yes, a ceiling. Many of them have the bottom of a piece of corrugated tin for a ceiling. How many people back home do you know who don't own a car? How many people do you think most of them know, that owns a car?
I'm not trying to drum up sympathy for them. I'm trying to keep people from making thoughtless mistakes. Their world isn't your world. It's easy to forget that. They deal with crap every day that would have most of us running home to momma. What do you think happens when one of them leaves her phone out somewhere? Or is walking along with her nose in her phone? Someone will steal it. That money you give them. What happens if they forget to hide it? Someone steals it. If they get too much nice stuff, someone steals it.
That's their world. Nobody is going to look out for them. Nobody is going to help them. Nobody is going to think anything bad about them if they steal a few dollars from a rich gringo.
There's an easy solution. Nothing gets taken, nobody gets pissed off. Don't give them the opportunity. If you want to give them a drink, you get them a drink. If you want to take a shower before or after, take a shower with them. It's a lot more fun than showering alone and the only thing they can take is your soap. Do whatever it is you want with them. Always with them. And when you're finished with them, pay them and walk them out.

It's been a number of years since I posted, I kinda got tired of all the side chatter.
But I do think this comment is worth a ditto. Some of these chicas come from a dog-eat-dog atmosphere.
But no need to pile on the guy, let's put this into perspective: losing a bunch of 500 peso coins is almost a favor! I hate those coins, LOL! The mini-bar is a different story; that's annoying, but I'd rather get raided at the mini-bar than lose my wallet, camera, or phone.
As long as it wasn't an overpriced bottle of rum or scotch she opened, it wasn't a bad night.
In the future, take the shower with the girl.
Or here's some more tips: if you prefer solo showers take your pants / valuables with you into the bathroom and disrobe in the bathroom.
Tell her to take a shower before the session; when she's in the bathroom, that's when you hide some of your cash (I usually put it right under the part of the mattress I lie on) and other valuables and do a final security check.
You can throw your pants up on the highest piece of furniture, or in the deepest corner of some drawer. Or you can take your luggage and some other heavy thing and throw it on top of your pants.
Never put everything in the safe. Safes can be compromised. Sometimes, the girl is in cahoots with hotel security!
Here's what I do sometimes with mini-bars: take out the expensive stuff and hide it. Put your own drinks and snacks in the mini-bar! Just remember to put the hotel's stuff back in before the cleaning lady comes in during her morning rounds.
I know some guys just want to party hard, drink hard, and be on full vacation mode when out mongering; tracking all these details can be a real hassle. But the reality is it's better that your mental mode be a little more "James Bond" and a little less "Bill and Ted in Cancun" As Jjbee points out, these chicas come from a pretty tough environment.

About 7 months ago a guy in Medellin had a girl over. He had apparently seen her a few times before. I know the girl. She's not a clock watcher. She'll hang out and smoke, or drink and she usually puts in a lot of effort to earn your money. He thought he had a connection with her. Every one of the girls is a professional liar. They are paid to lie to (and with) us and convince us we're the greatest lover they've ever known. They are paid to convince us we're not fat, balding, old men going through a mid-life crisis. They're paid to convince us that, if they didn't need the money so much, they would be doing it for free. They're paid to convince us they want us. Add a "the" and you get what they really want. USD.
Don't get me wrong. I love the Colombianas. I know a lot of Colombianas that I consider to be friends (on other words, they talk to me without asking for money or for a cita). I also realize how far apart our worlds are.
So why trust them? Bring them in, do your thing, send them home. Don't let your guard down. Don't give them the temptation and they'll be perfect little angels.

I had no idea that my original post would generate so much buzz. This isn't my first rodeo, not my first time in Cartagena or Colombia for that matter. If you're staying in a hotel, put your valuables in the safe. If you're staying in an apartment without a safe, better have a damn good hiding spot. I'm a generous person. However it pisses me off if a girl starts going through things just to steal. Of course I showered with the girl, she got out quick and went to get her clothes. Maybe I had beginners luck my first few times here but I had girls that didn't steal, stayed overnight until mid afternoon. I took them to breakfast and lunch. Hell even went to the beach. My experience here is if a girl asks for and demands $ up front, it's going to lead to poor service. Other girls here didn't demand money upfront and it was very much GFE. Similar to what one may find in other parts of the world.
Such as SE Asia. Anyhow, I was out late last night, probably 10 chicas still working in the center at 5 am. When then the clubs close around 4 am there are bargains to be had.
