If the pharmacist asks what dosage, just choose 50 mg. That way, the woman there in the pharmacy who looks like your mother shopping for hair rinse won't know you are asking for erectile dysfunction pills.

My girl was walking to Balcony Bar with her girlfriend and they witnessed what they said was a "gringo" get robbed at knife point by 2 thugs.

Apparently he was heading to the short time hotel Lido with a garota in tow, therefor the thugs knew he had money.
