I have already posted it before, - I always lock the apartment door with a key and hide it until we leave together to the lobby / security / lobby / taxi. My suitcase is hard side one. Sure, she can throw it out of the balcony or her gang can knock out the door. Anyway, make your apartment or suite chica proof, then lock the door.

Staying in a building with security, a key locked door, stashing your valuables, etc. Too many guys don't take the precautions, or forget, or decide "this girl is different. I don't have to worry about her. ".
Maybe what gets taken ends up being just a minor inconvenience. Maybe it turns out like the guy in Medellin last December. Girl let her boyfriend in. Boyfriend tried to rob him, guy fought back, got stabbed and killed. Maybe it ends up like the guy last month who let a girl mix a drink for him. She drugged him and cleaned him out. He was lucky. There is a lethal dosage of Scopolamine.
For all the warnings about the dangerous areas of every city, the most frequent problems happen in the hotels and apartments.
Arrived this morning for 3 days.
Place looks scary almost like Santa Fe.
Didn't explore around so maybe it is just this Laguito area.

Super easy scene. Stayed at Eliptic no problem with guests. Beach is cool scene found mi amor there and she stayed three days. If you look like a gringo sucker maybe it's another story and you need a little Spanish. Comparedto Havana this is like this is super facil. Playa Hollywood for me and I never bothered with the casas. only downside is Colombian girls really don't know how to give blowjobs. ..they fuck excellente though.

Also, after reading through the warnings and PSA, it looks like I need to invest in a few steel cables and locks next, so that I can lock up my bags and then tie them to a furniture or something to make any attempts to steal that much more difficult. It feels like Colombia is a much trickier terrain to navigate than South East Asia. I guess it is better to be safe than sorry.

So are most places but you have to check. As far as safety, common sense. I try and find one good chica and keep her around. And there are plenty the whole country is about sex and coffee. But after a few weeks I want a good old fashioned Anerican blow job.
With that said I have been the worst offender of this rule. This happened in another country but its about keeping safe. So I pick up this very attractive small blond early twenties with a killer body. We drive to my hotel and we have a beer to break the ice. Out of nowhere she stands up and says I just can't do this. As she leaves she says I will make my own way back to the city. Out the door she goes and me and spike are very disappointed. I'm planning my next move and in about 20 minutes she is back. I make sure she's alone and let her in. She says she needs the money and has changed her mind. We set down and finish our beers and before long were having a great time and having another beer. Half way through the second beer she jumps up with glassy eyes and screams at me you bastard you switched the beers I said HUH what are you talking about. So out the door she staggers screaming you SOB you switched the beers. Through the window I watch her Jump in a car with A guy in the parking lot. OK Its obvious what happened. I guess I did switch the beers and I would like to say It was on purpose but No it was blind luck. Always keep in mind when in your room and your having a drink with your guest, stay on your toes and keep this incident in mind.

This is a continuation of my report traveling through Panama, Bogota, Medellin and Cartagena.
My first FB Amiga tried to fix me up with another friend in Cartagena but she was out of town for the holiday. My group tour finished on Saturday and I moved to a different hotel for the Sunday and Monday. I was planning on ordering in again later in the night but I thought I would be too tired so I cancelled her and grabbed a bite to eat in my neighbourhood. When I was looking for a restaurant I ran into a nice looking street girl. While I was having supper she kept on walking the neighbourhood. After I finished she was still around so we chatted and I decided to try some street meat. When we were in the room she kept on asking for more money, things were not the greatest so I told her to go. I should have kept my delivery order.
So that was my Latin American experience this year. I still chat with my 3 FB girls. Who knows what will happen next trip.

I have written several articles were I have screwed up and left myself in a bad situation when bringing a chica back to my room. I'm lucky that I haven't been robbed or worse. Each and every time I have let myself get into a rough situation I have had too much to drink. OK I like to drink but in the last few years I changed my drinking habits. If I'm out to pick up a chica and bring her back to my apartment I don't drink so much. I start out with a bottle of water. This works for me. Some of you guys are so worried about safety that it will probably screw up your trip. It really isn't that bad out there. First of all choose the right hotel or apartment to stay at. If your staying at a place that has a doorman this should solve most of your safety concerns. If your room has a safe your home free. No more worries. So you bring a chica home if you take a shower bring your pants in the bathroom with you. Take a quick shower and then the fun begins. In all of my years with the hundreds of chicas I have brought home I have never had a girl steal my clothes or my suitcase. That's just nonsense. Stop worrying. Take a few precautions and have a good time.
